The Vietnam war proved that you cannot win a war unless your side has majority support. Despite billions in war profits for wealthy elites in the military industrial complex and the loss of thousands of American troops the war was lost. You can spend another trillion and kill off more Americans in Iraq, Afghanistan, and throw in Syria as well. But all of this will also be lost (while Halliburton profits much to their delight) because the majority in those countries do not see the Taliban or ISIS as their enemies. They see the USA as their enemies. And this is why so many thousands of foreigners are enlisting in those Jihadist groups as they want self determination for Middle Easterners. But since so many of you are intent in keeping these useless wars going, why don't you start your own militia and fight the Muslims? After all if your principles are so valid, isn't it worth it for you to stand up and fight for them?
