The UN 2231 resolution mentions:

This is a restrictive relative clause. It means ONLY missiles that are designed (with the malicious intention) of being capable to deliver warheads.

Why on earth did your (at best) illiterate president make it an excuse to impose sanctions on Iran?
At least he made me better understand why most Iranian leaders are sceptic about americans ...

Why? Iran supports the Houthis who attack Arabia. Look, not to hurt your feelings but Iran is the aggressor here and has been ALL of my life. I don't hold the Iranian people responsible, but the Iranian government wants a foothold on the Arabian Peninsula.. whether that's Bahrain, Yemen or Socotra. You should convince your government to quit HAMAS and Hezbollah.. Time to leave little Lebanon in peace.

'ballistic missiles designed to be capable of delivering nuclear weapons' is phrased for subjective interpretation. Given how small nuclear warheads can be, nearly any missile could fit that description.

The Houthis have been shooting mortars at KSA for nearly a decade.. When I was in Asir in 2000 the Saudis had already moved all their villages 20 kilometers back from the border.

Iran should do its part to bring peace and stability to the region.

They aren't attacking Yemeni people.. They are fight the al Houthis who overthrew the government of Yemen and attacked Saudi Arabia with Iranian funding. Iran needs to stay off the Arabian peninsula, quit funding HAMAS and Hezbollah.. leave Lebanon alone and rejoin the international community as a good citizen.
