YouTube bans all anti-vaccine content, not just COVID-19-related

Yes, they are a private company. However, I'm not a fan of censorship. I would rather just see people fight ignorance with data rather than censorship.

YouTube is banning several prominent anti-vaxxers from its site — including Robert F. Kennedy Jr. — and will delete all content that suggests approved vaccines are harmful or don’t work, the company said Wednesday.

 

Maybe create a separate site called YouTube Stupid that they can move all these videos to (in addition to other fake stuff).

 

YouTube has been censoring since it’s inception.

I dislike censorship, too, but lives are at stake, which I guess is their justification. Such misinformation during a pandemic is like yelling "fire!" in a crowded theater ... it doesn't qualify as free speech.

I think it would be better to code in some popups or links to disclaimers, and links to reliable, tested/vetted information disproving the anti-vaccine nonsense. Sending the nut jobs underground just makes it more difficult to watch them.

 

Having seen 6 cases of Tetanus a post measles encephalitis (a two year old that had so little brain function left they were a “floppy baby”) multiple meningococcaemias etc etc etc

Please do NOT try to tell me anti vaxxers can do no harm. back in the nineties the global death rate from Tetanus neonatorum was over 3 million - it is around 100,000 today

I find it funny that people who spoke loudly about democratic institutions and norms were the weakest to defending them. Principles, at their convenience to be dropped off at a hat. So I never want to hear "we're defending the institutions" or "democracy" or any other variation from people who didn't believe when it counted.

Yes, it's a private company and yes it can do what it wants. But in doing what it wants, it sends a message and an image. And that image is: We believe in free choice, up until the choice you've made is one we disagree with. We believe in free speech, up until the speech is something we disagree with(not to excuse incitement however, before anyone tries that carrot.)

To me personally, a value, a conviction is something that's unwavering. The moment someone wavers, they didn't believe it.

 

So what is the misinformation?

Is it misinformation to state that the vaccine providers have complete and irrevocable immunity for ALL long term side effects of the vaccine?
Is it misinformation to state that 60% of those hospitalized in Israel ARE FRIGGIN VACCINATED!!!
Is it misinformation to suggest any preventive measures (like vigorous exercise, plenty of time in the sun, Zinc, Vitamin D, etc...) that aren't money making cocktails for the pharma cartels?
Is it misinformation to point out the amount of money the pharma cartels have donated to the people holding the reins of power?
Is it misinformation to point out that the America has one of the 20th worst fatality rates for Covid in the entire world?
Is it misinformation to point out that kids are more at risk of death from the flu than Covid and thus everything targeted at children will not improve their already nearly nonexistent fatality rate?
Is it misinformation to point out that the establishment completely changes the narrative on Covid every couple of months.... almost like they don't have a ****ing clue or are just ****ing with us?
Is it misinformation to point out that those pushing rules on the masses are not following them themselves?
Is it misinformation to point out that the federal mandates don't apply to the USPS, Congress and its employees, illegal aliens, courts and their employees, etc..
Is it misinformation to point out that the self inflicted border disaster is contributing to the Covid cases and that America is may be the only country on the planet that is allowing such an influx of unvaccinated people into the country?
Is it misinformation to point out that masks have not proven effective at all?
Is it misinformation to point out that masks and social isolation have very negative effects on children?
Is it misinformation to report that 80% of the people that you observe with masks use them improperly and in such a way that would greatly increase their risk of getting Covid?
Is is misinformation to point out that Fauci funded the research that invented the Covid?

Etc.... I could go on forever.

 

Does that include the teachers and healthcare workers who are refusing to get vaccinated and opposing mandates?

 

Absolutely. I am 100% in support of their places of employment firing their dumb asses for spouting their vaccine misinformation horseshit. I am also in favor of their places of employment telling them to hit the streets if they refuse to follow their companies policies regarding vaccines.

You know the vaccines can't be trusted when many of our nurses and doctors won't take them.

United Airlines is firing 600 people over not taking the vaccine. The Democrats are trying to put millions out of jobs.

We are heading to a recession and the left seems ok with that. Let's also have a government shutdown, block any bills the left tried to pass and let the debt ceiling default. Screw the Democrats. They don't care about us.

I wonder if YouTube is going to memoryhole any mention of the Cutter Incident (I was actually a little surprised - pleasantly - that Wikipedia hasn't yet deleted this page and put in a redirect to the CDC or something). I also wonder what various watchlists I get put on for this crimethink.

 

When you say free speech is dying do you believe there was greater free speech in the 1960s then there is today?

 

(Covid vaccine) Wales hospitals are 2/3rds vaccinated as well and if 100% was vaccinated then 100% of hospitalizations would be as well because the vaccine hasn't been as effect as virtually every other vaccine like measles and tetanus like stated above.
