    Hey, I know that the libs are perfect in every way and probably are friends with all their ex's, but seriously, who gets along well with an ex they had an altercation with and the cops were called? Not stating the OBVIOUS, but if anyone has a axe to grind its her and she hates him and hopes to find out he got butt raped in the shower by a black panther dressed as a deputy. To a crazy chick that is justice for that time years ago he wanted to go out and she wanted him to sit with her all night, I mean seriously, if you can find a jury full of virgins who have never had a relationship, that may be earth shattering and convict him of 2nd degree murder, so good luck with that!

    No its not. A probable cause hearing has nothing to do with adjudicating the person being indicted.

    3 independent Judges have reviewed the probable cause affidavit and none of them had issue with it. Effectively telling Dershowitz that he can go jump in a lake.

    Yeah, I am sure because she said thats how it went down, it really did, lol. Shes just as guilty of the crime you are accusing Zimmerman, but you take her word! Do you realize that? She was charged along with him, both dropped, but you take her word, because its apparant she has no axe to grind huh? I mean she probably hasn't realized her ex is going to be so rich and she will be busy talking about him for the rest of her life trying to make a few crumbs. Karma is a (*)(*)(*)(*)(*)!

    C'mon. Don't be foolish. First off, this thread is about the bond hearing, and the ex-girlriend is not in the charging affidavit, or any other evidence provided to the Judge.

    And secondly, if you had a clue about the process, you would know that such second-hand hearsay crap is not allowed in a criminal trial. Hell, not even Judge Judy lets that stupid (*)(*)(*)(*) in.

    Sorry, the story has made you so emotional. I only posted it here so I wouldn't have to make another Zimmerman thread.

    Trust me. I know more about this than you ever will. So, allow me . . .once again. . . to explain how you people are wrong.

    #1 It's not hearsay if she's the one who saw it or it was told to her.

    #2 AND it's not hearsay because it doesn't go to the truth of the matter asserted.

    #3 It goes to character evidence. If the defense puts on character evidence that Zimmerman loved black people and was always friendly to black people as part of their case then they've opened the door and the prosecutor can call her as a witness to testify about what she heard Zimmerman say or what she saw Zimmerman do that was negative against black people.

    Clearly Judge Judy has not explained the rules of evidence to you.

    Really, well that pic I just posted was entered into evidence last Friday, so that pic at least is going to be relevant because thats how he ACTUALLY LOOKED. Wow, sad when you guys are fighting what he really looked like, wow!
