    Well, while zombie cannibalism is an interesting subject matter...it is the recent spate of "attacks" that I'm curious about. Google "Cannibalism rise" and all of these links about humans and polar bears pop up. Is it drugs, is it santeria, is it some kind of weird development among apex predators...?

    So Wyrd,

    I understand that you are attempting to prove to Don that more than just black people are cannibals when he never said that there were explicitly, and we are all impressed by this little dance, I assure you, but...do you have any opinions on these posts or is this a google spree?

    I --unlike it seems everyone else--find this curious, given the societal taboo that people are saying there is a rise in cannibalism. Is it drugs, is it evolution...? Why are people suddenly chowing down on friends and family ... and homeless people? It's not the pork flavor. It's not race-madness.

    It could indicate that people are becoming more insane. But then some people have always been quick to chow down on their neighbors. The Old Testament is full of cannibal stories.

    I think it's interesting that in such places as various areas of Africa starving people don't eat each other. There's no need for people in the West to resort to cannibalism other than the fact that they are basically insane. Their insanity could be organic or it could be caused by weird drugs. In any case they should be promptly executed.

    You don't think that something's afoot when polar bears (another apex predator) are eating their young, too? As you've pointed out, it's all over. There are even articles about a rise in the rates of cannibalism.
