Z's First Court Appearance: He Lied Under Oath

I have enjoyed reading your responses to these armchair loons that think they have Zimmerman tried and convicted. As the the evidence unfolds, Martin appears to be the aggressor. He (*)(*)(*)(*)ed up big time attacking a guy holding a gun. That sure will never happen again. Conceal carry, a perfect solutions to stupid (*)(*)(*)(*)ed up people, there is nothing like thinning the herd of idiots.

As reported by Benjamin Crump it was on this night that Tracy discovered Trayvon had been on the phone with a girlfriend. The girlfriend was previously unknown to them, did not attend the funeral services, and yet apparently was on the phone with Trayvon for 400 minutes on the day he was shot.

You just helped prove they knew about this before the funeral and I have not clicked on that link because I am not wasting time on a clearly junk bias source but I'm guessing you think there is something there that proves your claim? According to your source it was three weeks later. Crump knew about this before Trayvon's funeral. When was Trayvon's funeral? (hint: March 5th) Is that three weeks after the shooting?

 

I think you need to just start bracing yourself as the facts come in. I mean, do you think for three weeks she went off to a retreat in Nepal and didn't know Trayvon had died? Whatever she heard was not worth mentioning for some reason. 3 weeks. You would think if your man was kilt in cold blood for being a scared little black kid, she would speak up! She found out at the Wake she was the last person to talk to T and was so upset she was hospitalized for 12 hours and that is why she didn't go to the funeral. If you used actual sources you wouldn't be so ignorant of the facts.

Well, link us to the truth then!! She was not at the wake and until 3 weeks after, it was only when Tracy Martin was going through Trayvons calls, he was made aware of this girl. Deal with it.

 

They kind of ignore the fact Z never planned on meeting the cops at his truck so Z's statement is proven false by his recorded call.

 

In A trial the burden of proof falls on the prosecution.But.... if the defense wants to use Stand Your Ground as its defense, It must request a hearing before the judge . Here they present their proof and the judge will decide i it qualifies. If he agrees with them he can dismiss the charges at this time. BUT.... the burden of proof is on them. This is refered to as an affirmative defense, which I have seen brought up here before but you seem to ignore. This issue is decided before the trial. To me it just seems hard to believe that Z is going to be able to convince a judge he was the victim when he chased the boy down. AND... study up on this little before you reply and if you can show me where I am wrong.... Please do

Its true though. He could have went home, and he chose not to. Also, the only person saying he was scared for his life is going to be shred on the stand by Mark O'Mara for not coming forward for three weeks. Its going to be ugly.
