    Same question without including the word armed:

    Are you really claiming that 17 y/o Martin, who was being followed in the dark by the plain clothed adult George Zimmerman, had no reason to feel fear for his safety?? I sure hope not.

    You are mistaken, Stryker.

    GZ was on his way back to his SUV to wait for the police to arrive when TM attacked him, knocked him to the ground and clearly pounded the back of GZs head on the concrete sidewalk.

    TM started something he could not finish. May he forever rest in peace.

    Case closed. Case dismissed.

    You are again trying to wrongly apply the felonious murder rule. Again you are as clueless on law as you are on medicine. Zimmerman wasn't following Martin with criminal intent. He was observing Martin because the dispatcher told him to. Twice!

    And even then you are still wrong! When Zimmerman broke off and Martin(may have or at least should have) gotten back to his house its over. Martin cant confront him.

    I've used this example before. Two guys at a bar. Tom and Joe. Tom feints a punch at Joe. That is assault. I Joe decks Tom and a fight breaks out and Tom accidentally kills Joe felonious murder rule applies.

    If no fight breaks and because Joe realizes its only a feint but minutes later Joe confronts Tom, a fight breaks out and Tom accidentally kills Joe felonious murder rule does no longer apply. Tom's assault on Joe was a prior incident.

    That is the whole point. Feeling you are being followed isn't enough to justify using force under stand your ground because it isn't an imminent threat.

    If it were enough the person would have been justified in killing me.
