    "Russian" operatives claim to have compromising personal information about Donald Trump, well look like Putin has not shown all his American cards yet...look like Trump dont want to become Putin´s puppy , and this is just first Putin´s strike against the revolving "useful idiot" . comments?

    afaic...I think Pence is patiently waiting in the background, which has been the plan all along, the RNC knew way back when that Trump would be pres, this may be plan B, I suspect there will be epic implosion in not to distant future with Trump!

    No, CNN did not make the claim that is was real. CNN only reported it that some source made the unsubstantiated claim. I do not recall if they reference Buzzfeed or not.

    Look at it this way! CNN used very proper judgement as compared to Fox letting a gaboomka like Saun Vannity fart out accusations that Hillarybwas responsible fir the death of Ambassador Stevens. Where were the defenders of the truth then??

    I heard Sooooo many dirty things about Trump over american propaganda gangs that I would never believe that a thing or two would change anything.
    And a zero proog again. It is actually quite a surprise for me that such a big quantity of americans still voted for Trump after all that propaganda against him. And it is a good suprise indeed. I don't know if Trump would be any better than Obama, but the very voting shows there still is a chance.

    I voted for Trump in the general election but not the Republican primaries.

    FYI, the allegations in this story are so bereft of credible information and sources that some of the Leftist news organizations that opposed Trump during the election refused to publish them.

    You have to keep all these stories about Russia in context, Litwin. Democrats are trying to blame the Kremlin for Hillary Clinton's defeat. They refuse to admit that their bad candidates, bad ideas, bad policies and bad politics are what's responsible for their failure. It's part and parcel of the "progressive" arrogance that cost Democrats the House of Representatives in 2010, the Senate in 2014 and the White House in 2016, not to mention a majority of governorships and state legislatures since 2008.

    If what they have is election related then it's not really a threat,
    somehow Trump showed who he is and the electorate still placed him into office.
    I'm not also worried when it comes to management as long as the checks and balance is still in effect.
    The DEMS and the GOP's are there to oversee things as it unfolds.

    Why do the Democrats risk making themselves look like dumb fools? Any wild accusation will be double scrutinized and exposed to the American people and the world.
    Mrs. Clinton is a sore loser who can't accept her defeat. Why doesn't she just say: "I'll do better in four years!"?
    If the American people are disappointed with Trump, they won't re-elect him and she has another chance, perhaps her last one.

    She should show some of her greatness, ... like when you stood by her husband during the Lewinsky affair. Or when she went all alone to attend Princess Di's funeral. I admired her then!

    It seems she got corrupted by too much power and money. Her biggest mark of shame is Lybia!

    No, I didn't say that Russia doesn't try to influence other people's elections - sometimes they will invade a country (ex., Ukraine) to secure the political outcomes it desires.

    In our case, Democrats are trying to blame Russia for Hillary Clinton's defeat, when it was her bad character, bad ideas, bad policies and bad politics that cost her the election. While her party and the Leftist mainstream media did their best to get her elected, they wound up doing more harm than good.

    However, this latest particular report/dossier is completely bogus, which explains why some of Trump's most vocal opponents in the media refused to print it. At his press conference, Trump thanked them for hanging on to the last shred of journalistic integrity they have left.

    The security report revealed Russia hacked more than just the democrats. They also hacked republican servers and Trumps own. So yes, Putin could potentially have information that demonstrates Trump was a bad choice for president.

    The interesting advantage of Trump though is we already know he was a bad choice for president. I kind of doubt whatever Putin has will have any impact. Trump is an (*)(*)(*)(*)(*)(*)(*). But he's our (*)(*)(*)(*)(*)(*)(*). And frankly, I'd feel a lot more comfortable with Trump in the oval office if he goes to war with Russia's (*)(*)(*)(*)(*)(*)(*).

    And I'm good with that being more than a metaphore.

    If proven true this is impeachable, the exact same thing that Nixon was forced to resign over but worse, in that a hostile foreign actor is involved. It's not treason as we weren't at war with Russia but certainly espionage.
