Actually, there are more poor Whites than poor Blacks, yet there are far more Blacks in prison than Whites.

However, you make a ,good point OP. Black "failure" gets the ratings because it allows Conservatives to spew their nonsense and it allows the racists to say "I told you so". Meanwhile, black "failure" is entirely overhyped as most black people don't fit into any of those neat statistics people think they do. However, I find myself beyond trying to convince people that "all black people aren't bad people", because about 95% of black people are good people, and whoever doesn't now or believe that, well thats not my problem. Basically, IQ tests (or any tests) hardly measure actual intelligence, as they inject environmental differences that are consistent among races. East Asians score the highest on IQ tests, higher than whites and blacks. However, blacks consistently seem to display superior memory.

Basically, studies are so out of whack with regards to race and intelligence there is no consistent evidence to determine that race (vs. individual genetics) actually has anything to do with intelligence.
