Straight away I can see a lot of those "failure to comply with a lawful order" charges withering on the vine.

How do you know it's a "lawful order" if the unmarked citizen who issues it does not identify themselves or their jurisdiction at the time of seizure?

Anybody with a gun can issue me with an order in a public street. Doesn't mean I'm under any obligation to follow it or that it's "lawful".

I can actually see the potential for both civil and criminal charges against the individual "officers" (whom I contend are mere "citizens" out of perimeter and only vaguely identified) once their identities are made clear.

Maybe they should think about that before going all in on one of Trump's, photo-op, "tours of duty"?

Awesomely, after the arrests started coming down the rioters began to assault even fellow lefties for filming the scenes-because they were being identified on camera. They even assaulted a BLM journalist.

Now the media, which did the kind work of video documentation are being compelled to release their videos. The feds already have their internal videos, plus the aired television video, plus tweets, and now unaired video from the media.

Its all so damn funny. Also satisfying. Now you know why the rioters use umbrellas, its to prevent these arrests.

My advice would be for these cities to start cracking down now, as we all know they would rather have these thugs bailed out and not prosecuted locally, vs federal charges and prosecution.

The other cool thing here is that leftist groups are paying to bail out and defend these commies in court. Thats gonna cost lots of money.

 

I've watched their interviews, read their stories, watched video, etc.

They aren't exactly eloquent as a group, and are quite marxist.

But its important to also note that I don't care what their concerns are.

Once they take to open violence against other citizens, law enforcement, etc I've moved from caring about what they have to say to how to push their s--t in.

As many times as you like it still does not prove which agency they are working with, that all were similarly attired and even, if so, that such attire confers jurisdiction.

A military officer can point a gun to my head in the street and I'm under no obligation to follow his order unless we're under declared martial law.

Any half decent lawyer could argue that (if anything) they look more like off-base military police to the untrained eye.
