The article in Town Hall says 98,000 non-citizens are registered to vote and 58,00 over them voted.

 

From the story at the link provided in the OP: "The Texas Secretary of State this week provided the information to Paxton's office, which can prosecute election crimes."

It is is proper for those who question the accuracy of the report to want to see it. May we assume that you and your Leftist faction will actually accept the 'evidence' of the report after you get access to it...? Typically, even when the 'evidence' is rubbed in their faces, the Left either ignores it, or bitches that it's all a product of 'racism', 'white-privilege', or some other contrived smoke-screen bullshit.

 

The 0.3% is an unprove assertion by Paxton, nothing more.
