you represent the business while at work they can choose what you wear

 

some get upset about a flag touching the ground, some may also get upset about using it as a mouth covering

or it could of been that it was not a real mask, it was a gaiter

My comments only were to point out that the left is very quick to place everybody in a box. Your comment would be as bad as some on the right that the rioters and looters are disguised as Americans ... like Christian, black supremacist anarchists'. What divides us is the labels we all seem to place on each other.

That is so right but it is also the right of those who don't agree with such a petty policy to boycott the company. Just like Starbucks. If companies want to step into the political arena let them do so. Conservatives can boycott just like liberals. Our choice. I spend $150 to 300 a week at the grocery store and a couple hundred a year on coffee. Not much with one person but get enough people and it adds up.

 

I would agree if it's a political message, but anybody who thinks an American flag is somehow a political message is a clown.

Someone was offended according to the article. Perhaps that customer views the flag the same way you view Christians. It is certainly the business owners right to protect the feelings if this one peevish customer. Its up to the consumer to decide where they spend.
