But that's not what he did. At least that's not what the parents nor their legal team are alleging, there's no evidense that happened, and that's not what he was charged nor found guilty of.

How can you be so angry at Jones when you don't actually know what he did or even what he's actually been charged/prosecuted for?

You're entitled to that opinion. But what exactly is it that you think happened? Because I'm betting its not the same as what actually happened, but rather what 'the news' told you happened without adequately providing the proof of it actually happening.

There's no evidence that Jones ever did that. Jones told his audience that. Not the parents. There's no evidence he ever contacted any of the parents prior to any of the lawsuits. Other people did harass the parents. There's no evidence they were doing it on Jones' behalf or with his knowledge. And since Jones' isn't the only one (by a wide margin) to have suspected and even reported that Sandy Hook looked like a false flag, theres no reason to conclude that the people that harassed the parents were even doing it because of what Jones had said.

 

Only if he continues having a following. But I guess if there are people stupid enough to follow a man who has admitted to telling lies, he'll do just fine.

 

He should probably settle the other cases.

 

I doubt the parents would settle. In Connecticut they can destroy him once and for all.

They don't have to show beyond a reasonable doubt that the harassment directly stemmed from Jones' comments. This is a civil case, so all they need to prove is more likely than not did Jones' assertions damage the reputation of the parents.

He deliberately lied about the families and their murdered children by calling them "crisis actors". He knew that intensely ignorant followers would harass them. **** him.

 

I don't know if anyone has pointed this out but Texas has a law that caps the maximum amount of damages that someone like Jones may have to pay. He may end up paying a lot less.

It's been pointed out, but largely ignored because people are upset the judge made Jones look really bad by allowing the jury to come up with such a number even though he likely won't pay a majority of it.

Anyone who spouts that junk let alone listens to it, nerd to get with reality. He can say what he wants but when directs it at individuals, it can become a legal issue, as it did with Jones.
