    Very doubtful, dependency to productivity is so Off-Kilter now the only way to do so would be to tax those productive/taxpayers in to poverty too :(

    And then grew by $1.4 TRILLION+ between 2015 and 2016, from $18.15 trillion in 2015, to $19.57 trillion in 2016. Wow. He was so fiscally successful!!
