Russia have had around 100,000 troops on that border since 2014 so why are you limiting the time frame to 8 months for the sitting President to do anything?

simple: good date to start -- circa 8 months ago is when the Russian army started building up it's offensive capability that means building up ammo & fuel, & spare parts supply. and putin starting to push to retake Ukraine in speeches. but (senile) biden did nothing. a day late and a dollar short biden is. none of this happened when trump was president did it?
