I believe I said I don't think a man should strike a woman unless she is about to do him bodily harm. So you had no problem watching a woman being sucker punched by a man, but a woman calling a black man the n-word is ok.

What you have shown here is different possible charges for two different suspects, but no affirmative defense for either one.. In other words, he gets charged with assault/ battery, and she gets charged for uttering fighting words/ assault and they may both be found guilty. His fighting words do not mitigate her criminal conduct

Edit: after thinking for a second, you probably could get someone to mutually consent to like a "sparring" session in a boxing gym, but there's no law about it per se.

Perhaps her facebook post calling out the violence she intended to inflict, the throwing bottles at people, and her wearing gloves intended to do severe bodily harm to others isn't enough for you. Btw: If a woman puts herself in the place of a man and acts violently, she does deserve the get hit just like a man would. Calling someone a name isn't the same thing.

 

What she claimed to do and what she was actually doing was two different things. There are no photos of her throwing any bottles, I asked for them funny no one produced them.

Both of these men are in the same boat in my opinion. She was harming Nathan in any way, that coward ran past all the men to attack a woman and you want to pat him on the back.
