Anyway as to the OP and the comments which I read before watching the video.

I was expecting to hear more ah N word and verbal/physical aggression by the woman. It's obvious the video is missing alot as they were in a heated argument about something. I caught a sliver of it but not enough to decipher.

So she was upset but in her seat and after getting angry from their argument began calling him the N word a couple of times while arguing. He responds by antagonizing her further putting his hands in her face then getting up and becoming openly aggressive and taunting her.... Which being the racist idiot she is complied. He then makes sure the door is open so he can run and slaps her hard then exits.

1. Based on the video I believe his assault was unjustified. He wanted to hit her and she posed no threat. Prosecute him for assault and battery.

I wish it were possible to prosecute for poor fashion sense too. Stupid kids think people want to see their butts hanging out? Sigh

2. Is there a scenario I could defend him or at least be apathetic to his hitting her? Yes. If SHE had been aggressive in her physical actions by approaching him or somehow conveying any kind of actual threat? While using the N word? Yeah. That would set even the Pope off. That's not what happened though.

His actions were unjustified.
