    You solve the issue by UPHOLDING CURRENT LAW, something I keep hearing rightists insist we do - claiming "leftists just want to institute more laws" while then being hypocrites and demanding voter ID laws.

    Enough of the hypocrisy. Solve the actual problem. Send the illegals packing and jail their employers and the problem is solved, no ID necessary.

    But noooo, we need more government intervention, more laws, even though enforcing the current laws solves the problem. LOL.

    Cut off programs? No. SEND THEM HOME. That's the real answer. Send them home and when you eviscerate their employment opportunities, they have no incentive to come back.

    Now. I agree you should have an ID and proof of citizenship in order to be on social services. But we don't need Voter ID if we eliminate 100% of the illegal criminals living in our borders.

    That's great. put that right online where anyone can see it. Maybe the family or friends of a victim will find it helpful to know when the trash is set to be dumped on the street for an easy pickup.

    Also, just for the crowd that wants to pretend that all California is doing is refusing to do the feds work...



    That's interference with the Feds laws, not a case of simply not doing their work.

    He was a horrible choice. I now wonder if he isn't also being blackmailed or he's in with the left...I mean the criminality of the liberals is so blatantly obvious why else would he drag his feet so much if not?

    How many of those illegals have applied for citizenship?

    Anyone in the US must be considered a tourist until they apply, a simple fee or fine can ensure compliance for tourism purposes.

    All foreign nationals in the US should have a federal id.

    Behind Latinos backs the DNC refers to Latinos as "taco bowls."

    The DNC weren't to kind towards black Americans either.

    I think you will see other counties following suit with the sheriff. There must a lot of people in California tired of the crime and illegals flooding California. Look for it to happen.

    California's AG says he might throw the sheriff and other noncomplying officials in jail, which raises the question: Okay, so why can't the federal government throw your illegal-alien-lovin' asses in jail?

    The federal government will have no choice but to move in and apprehend Jerry Brown, Kamala Harris, Xavier Becerra and every socialist who voted for AB-54 making California a sanctuary state and apprehending every mayor and city council person who made their cities a sanctuary for criminals.The Democrats in California have crossed the thin red line.

    lol. immigration is a Federal obligation since 1808. California has no Constitutional basis to care if a Person is from out of State or from out of state.
