She knows she could be charged and says she is worried. I am in N. Cal so hear this on local TV. I got the impression from the local news casters they do not like what happened in Orange county since they all appear to me to back Gov. Brown.

Democrats count on Mexicans to vote for them. Then they deny they do it. But they really do need the Mexican vote.

Right on cue you go into your little bullshit dance as predicted. This has nothing to do with the 14th Amendment except to the degree Jim Crow states wouldn't enforce federal law covered by the 14th Amendment. They wouldn't let black kids in the front door of their public schools.

And in just the same way sanctuary states are actively opposing federal immigration law and impeding and
preventing immigration agents from enforcing the law (just as Libby Schaaf did in Oakland when she notified criminal felon illegals that ICE agents were poised to make arrests in Oakland). California has made it against the law to even communicate with federal officials on any matter.

This is not at all about doing the federal government's job for them. It's about preventing and actively opposing federal agents in their enforcement of federal law themselves!

What happens is the big hitters in cities outnumber the big hitting farmers so naturally the most income is located in the highly congested cities. It has nothing to do with states and entirely to do with cities. And they control cities, thus their claims. But cities are not a collective. The rich in cities do not pare off some of their income to benefit the poor in cities. They often contribute for a building or institution then want their name attached. Zuckerberg for instance gave money to a hospital and it changed it's name to his last name.

 

America let's its war criminals go free and recycle back into governmental positions and corporate state TV punditry, "the law" has become like everything in america; not actually useful to believe in, but wonderful for bludgeoning opponents with. Like the constitution and the bible.

the only thing illegal is preventing anyone from communicating with ICE. Being a sanctuary city/state is not against the law, neither is announcing an impending ICE raid to the public.
