    WAR, we must go to war. We must send gunboats and battleships to rescue our devoted drone.

    What has America come to when we can't rescue our own drones from captivity by a hated enemy? What will the drone community say when they hear of this?

    If they want to steal our technology they should buy it at WalMart, like everybody else.

    Anyone surprised by this? The guy who's fond of drawing imaginary red lines will be moving out of the White House in a few weeks. Leaders around the world know that it's time to take advantage of the fire sale. Come January, the response may not be "Please give us back our submarine. Come on, you china guys, that submarine is ours. Please? Pretty please?"

    When the Chinese are unable to procure technology through espionage, they resort to piracy. Theft, and subsequent reverse engineering, save billion$, and years of R&D. 2001 ... China intercepts US AWACS spy plane, returns it in pieces. 2003 China unveils KJ 2000 ...

    Or you know, offer the guys 5 pairs of blue jeans and 3 cartons of smokes to get it back and avoid the whole thing, before they ever get out of shouting distance.

    I know the military only goes for "good guys" for a reason, but this is one of those situations where the "I'll figure it out myself" attitude of street dudes would have been a benefit.

    Any country would confiscate spying equipment discovered on their border.

    All the war mongers are coming out - let's bomb Iran, let's declare war on China. So much for Clinton being the war monger. Meanwhile Russia invading and conquering parts of countries in Europe is fine. Russia hacking your security network is fine with the excuse of no evidence presented. The hypocrisy is amazing

    Likely Obama will make an appeal to the International Court of Justice. I think it may be seen as an act of piracy, but not an act of war. China's only interest in the device is to disect and duplicate it. Self destruct mechanisms should have been incorporated into it's design ... the Chinese will address that flaw I'm sure.

    Russia didn't hack our security. They hacked a few dip (*)(*)(*)(*)'s private servers, one of whom you apparently think would make a good choice for president.
