But the 5th is reserved for protection from self incrimination. I don't think Bannon is in legal jeopardy. That isn't the purpose of him being called to testify. The purpose is to learn what he knows about those who are under investigation......like President Butthole.

 

Fortunately, these tactics never work in a court of law which is where some of these issues are headed.
