They cannot present an evidenced case.

So then why was it submitted to a FISA court as evidence in order to get a warrant to spy on a political campaign?

There is nothing flawed about the premise the dossier remains unproven gossip and you nor anyone else has been able to show any of it which has been proven to be fact. And THAT is what was used to obtain a FISA warrant on an American citizen so that high level officials at the DOJ and FBI could assist the DNC and Clinton campaign to defeat Trump and then after he won to try and remove him from office. And Isikoff is quite a professional, remember he broke the story.

And I disagree with you and your OP opinion piece as nothing in the dossier has been proven false or incorrect to date.

 

Wrong there's no spin in asking a fellow poster to show evidence for a proposal that he/she puts forth. On this venue it's done all the time.
