The "Celts" (the only real Celts lived in mainland Europe) are not natives of the British Isles either.

The ancestors of the Welsh came from the Iberian peninsula. That's why many Welsh people are dark. The Welsh are deluding themselves if they think they were the original inhabitants of these islands.

As for the Scots, they are descended from Irish invaders (the Irish invaded and settled Britain long before the British did the same to Ireland). The word "Scot" comes from the Roman word for "pirate" or "raider", because that's how the Romans of the Province of Britannia viewed those Irish raiders who were the ancestors of the Scots.
