Why do you insist on embarrassing yourself? That was NOT a Russian anything. And, it was started by a REPUBLICAN.

The Republican halted the investigation, Hillary was informed of it by the firm -- which was and still is a front for the DNC -- and she recommissioned them to take it much farther and deeper and darker . . . KNOWING that she was paying for the creation of a disinformation dossier by the Russians through the Steele cut-out. Now you know; oh, and none of that should be a shock to you since even leftist media outlets now admit that it happened that way.

No "deal" is necessary. That sounds like something Trump would say. Our right to vote isn't and should never be a matter of making a deal.

Each state conducts their own election, they have their own processes. Whether or not we're allowed to vote by mail depends entirely on which party is running out state's election. Democrats like mail-in paper ballots and the GOP does not.

The question you should be asking is why. Why does the Republican party work so hard to revent mail-in voting?

    The answer is painfully obvious:
They don't want to make it easier for the Democrats to cheat.

You're equating bacon with voter franchise? Seriously? You don't get the difference between voluntary and mandatory?

You think voting is mandatory? Tell others, most don't think so.
I'm saying that if I will "risk my life" as some think they are doing when they expose themselves to sunshine, you can bet I'd risk it to vote.
If you can buy groceries with social distancing, you can damn sure vote with social distancing.
