It is not just about "politically correct" message (although that is one problem), it is the fact that the MSM is owned/controlled by Oligarchs and/or large corporate interests.

Take NBC/MSNBC for example. This network was owned by GE (think it was sold recently but this is of no moment). The people who control GE are the board of directors. These folks sit on other boards and have many economic interests. The chief editor of NBC content is chosen by the board.

The reason we hear almost nothing about Saudi Arabia arming and funding Al Qaeda/Al Nusra and the Islamist extremists who formed the modern incarnation of ISIS is because GE does a whole lot of business with the Saud, as do other business interests represented by the board.

The Saud is then part of the Establishment Oligarchy which controls the media, defense contractors, banks, transnational food companies, healthcare oligopolies, energy and anything else that is not nailed down.

If you are in the group you can do what you like.

Iran is not part of the group so they serve as fodder to keep the attention of the raging masses occupied.

Boy oh boy. The Democrats eyes glow blood red and out come the fangs the instant FOX news is brought up. Yet they never prove what FOX NEWS, and I stress NEWS actually reports on.

Now you have a man who opened up to Sean Hannity filing suit against FOX despite his own musings being on video where he communicates to FOX news. What happened to WAPO or NYT on such a story?

 

Were they accurate, we would know all about it.

 

Just think, currently there is a law suit against Fox news for defamation. The suit centers around Fox News people, like Sean Hannity, with la Trump's knowledge, fabricated a false story. The defamation comes in that Fox used edited comments to make it as if the plaintiff was making statements that he wasn't making. The case is interesting in that the plaintiff kept massive amounts of evidence which will make it very difficult for Fox to lie its way out of this one.

However, anyone who ever listens to Fox, even on a cursory level, and has some knowledge in their brain is well aware that Fox has a narrative that they twist all news stories to adhere to. That is why conservatives often exhibit the characteristic trait of misinformation.

 

We do all know about it. Everyone except those,like yourself, who only get their their information from right-wing propaganda.

For instance, only those who get their information from right-wing sources, like Fox, deny global warming. You are also the only ones who think that Obama is a Muslim and Hillary did something worth going to jail over.

 

Just be happy that nobody (repeat NOBODY) takes Fox COMEDY ("News") seriously.
