I doubt that this farce will even need to make it to the Supreme Court. It is so OBVIOUSLY unconstitutional that only some kind of dim-wit Kalifornian could have ever dreamed it up in the first place.

Hint: when you're being AUDITED (as Trump is), then you don't (DO NOT) show your taxes to anyone! But since not that many Democrats even actually pay federal income taxes, as an overall percentage of the population, and since this whole thing was done only for political 'theater' anyway, the whole thing was nothing but bullshit from the very beginning....

Prediction: the first FEDERAL court that confronts this Kalifornia piece of sh!t will throw it out like a dirty diaper, probably with an admonition that anyone who had anything to do with producing it should be sent back to law school....

 

Save some tears for the court decision, I don't see the grounds to prevent it.

There were so many ridiculous conspiracies about Obama, one can't count them, that said, abuse of power, Trump is the farthest from an angel. The mere fact his children are aides to the White House with Top Secret clearance is off the charts, his cabinent is rife with abuse, look how many have to resign. Trump is his own worst enemy, and his mouth gets him into trouble daily.

 

As I said, I do not remember that Congress abused their power and subpoenaed Obam's BC. Here they are abusing Congressional powers on a hunch.

Resignation is not a sign of abuse and having family members serving as advisers or even in Governmental positions is not new.....not even close. I do agree that Trump is his own worst enemy and that his mouth gets him in trouble.

Those on the left have tried and tried to nail Trump on nothing but speculation and accusation. They have not been successful....not even close. Time and time again the courts throw the case out, mostly with prejudice (i.e. the case is so bad that it can not be brought back or appealed). The Emolument case and the wikileak cases are 2 of the most recent.....but the frist things the left does is say "Trump Judges"....when they were appointed by Clinton and Obama. The second thing they do is to point at something else and say "well, we will get him this time". Maybe it is about time to think...."well, maybe I just think he is corrupt because I do not like him or that it is political". I agree he is a vile person, but that does not necessarily make him corrupt.

 

Please, I live in NJ, used to live in CT, in my early years did road construction and civil engineering, when Trump built his casinos, he most certainly dealt with the mob. The man won't release his tax returns, not a sign of honestly, let alone all the people around him that have already been convicted. His children made millions last year.

You mean the 2 men that were involved BEFORE they became a part of Trump's campaign? I'm guessing it is not something they would have put on their resume. Maybe he did know, maybe he did not. So far, nothing has been presented that ties Trump to any of their activity. Yeah...yeah....I know. It's there just waiting to be discovered....and then you'll have him. Right? Other California statewide elected officials like Feinstein, Harris, Newsom, do not have to release their taxes. Let's get everyone's taxes, or no ones. These games are for Stalin like ideologues.
