Trump was told no one spied on his campaign....they did. Trump was told the vaccine was a cure for COVID....it wasn't. Trump was told a lot of things and the FAKE News still tells us a lot of things....all lies!

Are you talking about the Deep State?

The elusive entity whose members include every American who opposes Trump?

Are you getting to the point that the vast majority of people don't want the MAGA agenda?

Maybe another defeat in 2024 will make you realize that.

Yes, we'll see. The "Deep State" mostly consists of unelected bureaucrats that are not answerable to the people. I hope not, but a Republican Majority could appoint a "new deep state". That would be terrible for the Marxists in America. I just want them to see the error of their ways, not necessarily see them in prison.

It’s hard to theorize the consequences of doing without things that never existed.

Well, there was the tRaitor tRump controlled “Barr DOJ”. The United States seem’s to be doing fine without it.

    That's a bit short of a definition.

The Deep State implies a national conspiracy that includes every unelected official in the country who isn't pro-Trump.

It's pure MAGA fantasy of the same ilk as claiming the Earth is flat or aliens built the pyramids.

But you believe it, just as you believe that the Wall will be paid for by Mexico, that Trump won in 2020 or that he'll settle the war in Ukraine in 24 hours.

That's the fantasy world you live in.

You're using terms you don't know the meaning of.

But don't skip my doctor question.... and provide lots of links...

They used "Russia Russia Russia! ......the Steele Dossier a Partisan hack job and the FBI CIA to spy on the campaign. They had 50 deep state members to sign. Many were asked and didn't. Don't know if I'll even vote for Trump, but the Deep State is due for a reversal!

Let me put it to you like this.

If there was a "deep state" (there isn't) and it needed to be dismantled/drained/reversed (it doesn't), anybody associated with MAGA would be the last people on earth to get that done...

But back in the good old USA on planet Earth, I would recommend not voting for Trump, in your primary or the general. If you can't stomach the decency of a Biden, I'd recommend just not voting..

    Cheers

The false correlation is correlating deep state to mean= enemies of Trump. Not necessarily, it just ended up looking that way. What the term originally means, and we saw it play out this way is a nice catchphrase: "The institutions". You see, it's not the President of the United States. It's the "Office of the Presidency of the United States!"

"The institutions" is that the FBI, CIA, State Department isn't a part of the cog, they ARE the cog. That was the whole mantra, from Comey to McCabe and on downwards. Remember how we had to let "Mueller finish his work". That was another beautiful example of this monstrosity.

See, it's true that you didn't vote for Trump in 2016, but you didn't vote for Mr. Mueller either. Or any of these other officials, who the chief problem is their self-ordained grandiose importance, in what is supposed to be a government 'for, and by the people'.

The cog is supposed to be the government, not the institutions. The institutions are supposed to be the tools of the government. This appears however to be subjective. And if it's subjective, that means the institutions have failed.

Rarely fail to amuse... Someday (not today), you can explain how having Bob Mueller "finish his work" was a monstrosity... It would have been better somehow if he had stopped, or been stopped, before that?

Having John Durham finish his work was a monstrosity of BS...

I disagree. APPOINTING John Durham was a monstrosity of BS, but once he was appointed any attempt to shut him down was going to look like a cover up and an obstruction of Justice. Biden had nothing to hide so there was no harm in letting him finish his work.

    Biden was proven correct.

Trump was rich before he came into office. Biden got rich because he was in office (i'll spare you the details) Biden has been a "servant" of the U.S. Government for over 50 years. From that alone you should be able to see where the "deep state" originated. Takes a deal of common sense though....

Oh please... don't spare me any details on how BOTH Biden's $579,514 AGI in 2022 makes him a rich man....

We are now all finding out how "rich" Trump is (moderately), and how he got that way (unethically and probably illegally)

The main point of the Steele Dossier is now simply accepted history.... Trump and some on his campaign team had many Russian connections who worked like hell to get his lardass in the Oval Office... and succeeded..... once....

    Here.... read up, chief

    SNIP
The Steele dossier, also known as the Trump–Russia dossier,[1] is a controversial political opposition research report written from June to December 2016, containing allegations of misconduct, conspiracy, and cooperation between Donald Trump's presidential campaign and the government of Russia prior to and during the 2016 election campaign.[2] Several key allegations made in June 2016 were later corroborated by the January 2017 report by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence,[3][4] namely that Vladimir Putin favored Trump over Hillary Clinton;[3][5] that he personally ordered an "influence campaign" to harm Clinton's campaign and to "undermine public faith in the US democratic process"; that he ordered cyberattacks on both parties;[3] and that many Trump campaign officials and associates had numerous secretive contacts with Russian agents.[6][7] While Steele's documents played a significant role in initially highlighting the general friendliness between Trump and the Putin administration, the veracity of specific allegations is highly variable. Some have been publicly confirmed,[4][8][3][5] others are plausible but not specifically confirmed,[9][10] and some are dubious in retrospect but not strictly disproven.[11][12][13]

So TDS causes hallucinations too! So this little snip you made up or what? There is no souce and just because it is written on a piece of paper means nothing. The Steele Dossier was a political opposition piece financed by Hillary Clinton Campaign. Established fact!
