I see....only the people you agree with. How very....fascist. LOL - - - Updated - - - There has not been a suit here....nor will there be.
What an amazing crystal ball you have. What the will of the people did after our laws were passed was recall two Democrats, including the Senate majority leader, force a third to resign and turned the House over to the Republicans in the next two elections. If the DOJ says that the law is unenforceable, then the People of Clark County were stupid to think it would make them safer, or whatever reason they voted for it.
In a state where there's a liberal urban majority that can outvote a conservative rural minority, you get rule of tyranny.
Just think of them as late term abortions to get behind it. By the same people suggesting gun control will.
Here's what the people of WA think of the same law under I-594. http://libertynews.com/2014/12/wash...ers-defy-gun-ban-law-at-rally-no-riots-occur/ No arrests. The police did not enforce the law. Your agenda has gone the way of the dinosaur.
we asked you how many registered voters actually voted for that stupid law and what % they were of all the register voters in your state? - - - Updated - - - BTW-Hillary ran as a gun banner. Trump ran as pro gun. the gun banners lost in 60% of the states. the gun banners lost in congress and the senate. the gun banners lost in a majority of the states.
Does that matter? Why do you want to disrespect the will of the people? - - - Updated - - - No she did not and no he did not
Yeah I'm sure the guys at the range ripping off belts of ammo from their M60's in AZ are crying into their empty ammo barrels over it.
Correct, They are so busy that you have to make reservation way in advance. People love shooting machine guns in Nevada. http://machinegunexperience.com/
I know they can, that's why I said it. The point, which you may have missed, is that your dream of "gun control" in AZ is laughable at best. Keep up the struggle though.
And the San Bernardino shooters, in UBC California, proved that to us. All that kind of law does is make it harder for the law-abiding to sell guns. It's going to do nothing to stop the already criminal minded folks. In other words, it's useless for stopping crime or gun violence.
You will continue to be called out so long as you present nonsense as if it were the truth. If that is the case then it will be admitted to. However if no one is actually prosecuted for violating the law, then it is not state law at all, regardless of what you may believe to the contrary. Without prosecutions for noncompliance, there is no law to be had.
If no one is actually prosecuted for violating the law, then it is not state law at all, regardless of what you may believe to the contrary. Without prosecutions for noncompliance, there is no law to be had. Similar measures go unenforced in other states, with the police and sheriffs stating outright that they will not enforce the law at all. There is no reason to believe the police of the state of Nevada will take a different approach. Come back when you have examples of individuals being prosecuted for noncompliance. Come back when you can show police officers are making an effort to enforce the requirement of background checks being performed on private transactions, and then we will talk. Until such time you have little more than a suggestion for what should be done, that carries no actual weight.
I think the pendulum swings back and forth and Trump supporters should enjoy the Trump presidency while it lasts. More than likely after 4 to 8 years of Trump many will be tired of the Republicans and thus the pendulum will swing back to the left.
Are all those guns going to "good guys"? Are some going to be shipped across borders and overseas? So far the only winners I see are the small arms manufacturers shareholders and of course the NRA due to kick backs - - - Updated - - - I have every confidence Trump will enact gun legislation. He wants to go down in history and someone will be sure to tell him about John Howard
One, the President doesn't enact legislation. Two, Howard admitted that he couldn't have passed those laws if their had been a 2A in Australia. Find a recent red/blue map of the states. Start counting red states. Stop when you get to 13.
