BS, only Clark County has spoken, the only county the new Nevada laws passed in. It failed in every county in Nevada and the win it was by less than 10K votes. Sounds like a recount to me. BTW gun sales in Nevada continue to skyrocket. LOL

The LVPD can respect the will of the people. The Sheriffs and local law enforcement in the rest of Nevada will respect the will of the people who elect them and pay their salaries and simply ignore that unenforceable law.

Knowing neither which nation was the place of my birth, nor which nation is my current residence, you cannot say what is or is not had on the part of myself. Do not assume that simply because you are being disagreed with, that my nation of residence is the united states. Rather it comes down to a matter of eloquence and conduct. Your manner of conduct is quite poor, and discourages positive engagement on the part of others. It does not matter how correct you are if you lack eloquence.

You will note that no one has come to your aid in these discussions. Not even those that support strict firearm-related legislation have voiced their support for either you, or your positions. Your proposed law applies to one single, isolated county. It will be easily, and legally, be subverted by individuals simply driving out of the county to trade in firearms without performing a background check, and no crime will have been committed.

That's your opinion. We have the same law in Colorado, passed through a Democratic majority legislature. 55 Colorado sheriffs sued to have the law overturned as it was both unenforceable and unconstitutional. There has not been a single arrest in any county served by these sheriffs.
