    Nope!

The House passed the Resolution STIPULATING that Republicans can issue subpoenas and and ask questions and everything will be made available to the public.

Thanks to comrade Adam Schiff, the Republicans are loosing faith in democrat promises. They would need to subpoena this supposed whistleblower, Schiff and his committee staff and question them about their handling of this sham. They would also need all of their emails, phone calls and all other communications. It should be done in an open hearing away from the Intelligence Committee.

Nothing short of a Special Counsel to investigate Schiff's stalinist conduct may suffice.

You took a shot at Reps about not making sense. They are convinced they are right. You are convinced you are right. Maybe you are no different.

Unfortunately for Joe Biden, he made his son a witness to a corruption charge.

They shouldn't have to argue anything. They just need to take a vote.

Growing number of GOP senators consider acknowledging Trump’s quid pro quo on Ukraine

Denial and deflection: Republicans react to quid pro quo claims

    MORE FAKE NEWS:

The senators in this article were speaking in the abstract about quid pro quos. There was no quid pro quo by PRESIDENT TRUMP in his call to President Shelensky.

This is a Washington Post story so--of course--it is slanted the make it appear they're acknowledging a quid pro quo by PRESIDENT TRUMP.

    More fake news.

Add it to the pile (yawn).

Am I incorrect, that the Republicans are still subject to the Democrats on what they can ask, who they can subpoena, etc.?

Could the POTUS have chosen not to send the money after Sep 30?

soon the republicans will ask all the questions they want to ask

and not one will ask for information about trumps actions

they will only ask about the democrats motive, which is irrelevant in this case

the republicans can start their own process but will not

    here is a news flash

    Hillary is GONE !!

    Benghazi is OVER!!

she testified for hours and the republicans grilled her

at least she had the balls to show up which is more than your boy will do

and I agree Clintons are slimey

but then Clintons being slimey has NOTHING to go with trump being slimey

Trump is so slimey he makes the Clintons look honest

For now, I am hearing that there are ongoing closed door hearings.

I think how the media and our congress acted when it was the left that was behaving badly is relevant, whether or not Gore is gone. That Gore was making fund raising calls from his office was on its face illegal and nothing resulted (the guy went on to run for President) tells us something.

BTW: I think there's a good chance (I'd bet even money) Hillary will be drafted. Warren cannot win. Biden may not even live to election. He is very old. I mean in stature as well as age. I wish she were gone. Sadly, she is not.

He couldn't withhold the aid to Ukraine.

At most, he could have held it until the end of Sep, which was about 2 months at the time of the phone call.

Being convinced you are right doesn't mean your group is making sense.

How can a single GOP senator say there was QPQ and it's OK when Trump has said 24x7 no QPQ??

It's inconsistent messaging... which, of course, is the point...

Sometimes it's cruelty... sometimes it's confusion...

    False.

If it was too late for "full spending", then how did it get spent?

NO ONE has alleged that the money wasn't paid out.

Many people can look at the exact same thing and see something completely different. They got their aid without providing dirt. I am not a Trump fan, but what I am seeing is the abuse of power that was promised from day one.

Yeah I did. I'm sure you enjoyed using the words "panic" and clearly the writer was sobbing by the end.

I'm glad you recognize that the POTUS couldn't have actually engaged in a quid pro quo, since he couldn't withhold the funding without justifiable reasons.

when the tax cuts for the rich was passed.... republicans

can you think of any other bills that increased spending by almost 1 trillions a year

the tax cuts for the rich combined with the never ending wars in the middle east are the main culprits

Sure he could... and did... for seven weeks...

There were no justifiable reasons why he unilaterally withheld the aid nor any given why it was released...

    Strange, huh....

Many Companies have a sole shareholder, and still operate with a Board.
