I did not make a personal attack, I made a friendly suggestion since you are so very confused about the difference between a claim of fact and an opinion. If you took it as an insult, perhaps you should ask yourself why.

 

So, glancing through the bill thanks to the link provided by the OP, there is no provision to protect the unborn that die due to miscarriage, just abortion.

That is exactly how you can tell these bills are about punishing women for some perceived moral failings, rather than protecting the "preborn" or whatever nonsense. To use a line from Doug Stanhope, a rape/incest exception just means it's okay to murder you if your dad's an *******. No, this is about punishing a woman for being promiscuous. But if she was raped, it's not her fault, so she's allowed to avoid the "punishment." The whole thing is gross.

If they really thought this was “innocent life” they would be banning all forms of abortion including plan B. It would not matter if the woman was raped, if the child was the result of incest or horribly deformed.

Is making someone give birth to a child they do not want really a solution?? Doesn't it pretty much assign that child a life of misery, whether brought up by the parent who did not want it, or in one of any number of states who's foster systems pretty much often result in the child being sexually and physically abused either by foster employees or those volunteering as foster parents.

 

The law has zero value. If anything, it will only increase demand for medical tourism.

Women who get abortions obviously do not want to have a child.

 

The folks who love laws like this that seek to limit rights in such a way that they are essentially non-existent when it comes to abortion are the first ones to cry foul when the left tries to do this with guns.

Both sides see themselves as saving lives by doing what they do, so neither side actually has the moral high ground. Instead what we have is the same dynamic immature children have. It's okay to do things to others but not okay when those same things happen to you. You can limit the rights of others under the guise of saving lives but hell hath no fury like when someone wants to limit yours.
