True and I would never suggest you use the same system we use. What you have more resembles large parts of Nevada, AZ, Wyoming, etc. Alaska for instance uses airplanes a lot more than the lower states do.

That is for pilot, medical officers nurse and everything else. Mostly that cost is ICU patients and that is door to door including embulance trips to the airport

As I said, you're paying in higher taxes and prices for everything. Sorry, but you know it.

I did my research on Australia. If you want research on the U.S. don't ask me to do it for you.

    No,

What part of “Triage” are you not understanding? It very much depends on the urgency of the situation. Anything you need now you get now. Waiting lists are the governments way of tracking if there is enough supply for demand. If the waiting lists for non urgent interventions blow out they look at why. Could be that there was a particularly bad flu season and the wait times will readjust after we play catch up or it could be there has been a population shift and more facilities are required

Meanwhile Americans can pretend their system is better because there is no pesky things like wait times statistics to inform them otherwise.

Have done and you did not look at them

You lot don’t keep wait times

Mostly because I believe the overall would be too embarrassing if you added Medicaid and veterans and all the other providers

So let us look at statistics we CAN compare

    Cost per person and

    Mortality rates
    [IMG]
    Ooopsie!!

That is the USA as the outlier

Really reallly expensive system shorter average life span

    Hmmm not good
    http://time.com/5090112/infant-mortality-rate-usa/
Then there is the other international measure maternal mortality

    Very very not good

I did not have at wait for one nano second for the treatment I was given as per the OP. You're gonna have to slow it down much more 'cause you are way too clevah for me, Boss.

What part of “if you are that impatient take out private insurance” do you not understand

Meanwhile I am very very happy with our longer life spans and lower infant and maternal mortality
