    Biden wins the White House.

    Democrats win back the Senate and keep the House.

    that means:

    -public option for Obamacare

    -expanded Medicare to age 60 or lower

    -expanded background checks for gun purchases.

    -possibly expanded Supreme Court to 11 Justices.

    -USA rejoins the WHO, the Iran nuclear deal, and the Kyoto Global Warming treaty.

    -higher taxes on the rich, corporations and capital gains.

    -lower taxes on the middle class.

    -more criminal justice reform and police reform.

    -legalized or decriminalized marijuana.



    how will people deal with this?

    I will celebrate!!!

    The only thing I care about in that entire list is the gun issue. If expanded background checks were the only thing on the table, I wouldn't care at all (I've bought guns in stores, at gun shows, and online and have had a background check every time and since I'm looking into getting my FFL, it soon won't apply to me anyway) but, with outspoken gun confiscationist Beto O'Rourke getting the tap on the shoulder to be Biden's gun tsar, I'm not putting anything past this possible administration.

    I will do exactly what I do now. I live in CA and most of that list has already been in place for years.
    We have Obamacare and it is available to illegal aliens.
    Background checks are already required for gun AND AMMO purchases.
    Dems enjoy a super majority.
    We already pay the highest taxes.
    Criminal justice reform is how dems want it.
    and recreational pot has been legal.

    Care to discuss results?

    Medicaid preceded the ACA by decades.

    the ACA is health care insurance that people can buy through state exchanges.
