Because the argument is that we cant. But that doesent stop talk radio from feeding on the parties irrational fears that Biden is gonna come into your house and take your guns. The argument is that using the gun stance to support Trump is a joke.

But thats all over and done with. Bet by the end of Bidens term you still have your guns. Unless You voluntarily sell them or something.

 

Because lack of housing, and people that can afford the land to build it on. Simple as that. Supply an demand.
Count the people, then count the houses. People go to where the money is at, not where homes are at. If that was the case, why dont people flock to where land sells for cheap?

If people were fleeing, then the population wouldn't be so large, people are still moving to Cali and Blue states..people get defeated, or cant compete is whats happening, then have to leave.

Uh huh yeah in the real world San Fran has the lowest apartment occupancy rate in the last twenty years because they don't feel safe and don't feel their children are safe and don't like wading through feces to get to work. You have a homeless problem because your city father's won't do anything about it, and rent control has produced gentrification and other rules and regulations prevent the construction of new multifamily housing units.

 

Whats the rent in those units? Thats why.
