It is a short piece in Spanish (which I speak better than averagely well - I can make political jokes and pun in castellano). "The wealth of Hugo Chavez" is a description of the large number of people who attended his funeral wake. That's it!!! Now I am deeply suspicious.

I checked more links on his web site. It is a joke!!. He started as a border patrol guard and lists himself as a chief-of-police in 3 States. He has "CONGRESSIONAL AND STATE SENATE AND HOUSE honors". He specialises in many things, including "Intrusive Counter-Criminal Operations". His web site tries to leave the impression that he has had involvement in United States Embassies in, amongst others, Indonesia; Mongolia; Ethiopia; Nigeria; Niger; Rwanda and Burundi; Bahrain, but his web links usually fail totally, or lead to the same but isolated image.

I cannot conclude other than that CJIA is a JOKE!!

He died on Tuesday last week and they are still to embalm him apparently.
