    She should be thrown in prison for attempting her own personal coup against the government!
    This was the most perfect election is USA history! Even the FBI and DOJ said so!
    She has no evidence!
    No court has ruled for her!
    She lost!

    What other Democratic talking points did I miss?

    Other than personal insults. Senator Farting Hart. Excreta Rita.

    Very true... but it's not just the margin.. its that here, they can identify individual issues that might make up that margin, vs general claims that cannot be proven..

    I imagine this will make more news if the House refuses to seat the current race leader.. I'm not sure if the House will have time to verify all the claims in the filing by then..

    Very true. The plaintiff can actually point to physical ballots that would change the outcome instead of saying "just take my word for it" like someone else is doing.

    There was 2 recounts. I had posted about this in the election forum. Miller Meeks won both recounts.

    Being from Iowa me and my wife proudly voted for Miller Meeks.

    The recount discovered additional valid uncounted votes, for both candidates, that the election commission didnt think could be counted, like they were added in Georgia..

    We'll see if the GAA agrees..

    They had 2 recounts already and Rita stated she expected to get enough votes for the second recount and never did. So how was the Republicans blocking a recount?

    We already had 2 recounts and ballots added back in.

    You all want a third recount but cry over Trump wanting recounts. Double standards are at play here.

    This last post was from December 7th. Rita Hart has been contesting this ever since the election. Local news covered the first and second recount.

    Rita hoped added ballots the 2nd time would go in her favor and they did not. She gained I think 3 votes and Miller Meeks still kept her lead.

    There is nothing left to challenge here. The NY-22 District seat between Tenney and Brindisi is also still being contested I believe.

    I live in this district. Me, my wife and pearents all voted for Miller Meeks.

    2 recounts is enough.

    I want a first, standardized, recount... I had no problem with Trump requesting recounts where the margin was close enough, and he paid for those as required..

    Proof of what? We already added back on ballots. I don't have time to read the filing but is 2 recounts not enough?

    She had 2 recounts. You all just don't want yo lose another house seat.

    She had 2 recounts. The second recount that added back ballots for Rita and she still lost after claiming those ballots would give her a win or tie.

    They already identified issues thus the 2 recounts and ballots added back into the second recount.

    Do you want a third recount with more ballots added back in? Maybe we should just keep recounting until you find a result you like?

    Trump has proof of widespread voter fraud and you all laugh at him but support Rita Hart after losing 2 recounts. Funny how you all say the recounts would find any irregularities and prove no fraud occurred but you won't accept them if it's a Democrat losing.

    That, plus the general claim and affidavits that each county did their own thing regarding over and under votes during the recount, if you can follow the first affidavit from the expert they brought in (I really had trouble with some of that)

    This filing is making 2 separate cases, a global one and several specific ones..

    I just read the article and say go ahead and count these votes.

    9 of them are from Marion County that is very Republican. I honestly don't think this will help out Rita Hart.

    She is just desperate after losing 2 recounts with ballots added back in.

    I'm reading about that and I have yet to see where it says who those 9 people voted for.

    Also some absentee ballots were open or not sealed apon arrival so they should be put into question.

    I want to add two more things.

    Many of these contested ballots are "Hart voters" making claims.

    The 9 votes in Marion County were rejected because they were not counted in the first count.

    Per state law they can only count ballots that came on election night and not after.

    If every state followed this law Trump would be president right now.

    Pages 28-29 has the summary table..

    The unsealed votes is one of the 7 categories I could skip as well.. although you have affidavits from the 5 people that said they sealed them as best as possible.. also, these are envelopes WITHIN sealed envelopes..
