    The woman had 2 recounts already. The votes "found" likely aren't legal votes. Why would you assume they should still be counted? Cause they were in MI, WI, PA, GA?

    How do you know these votes to be valid? Show they were cast in time to be counted. You assert them to be valid.

    Show that all the votes is States that Trump won were cast legally and on time. Don't bother you know you can't.

    States determine the legality of votes, courts determine the legality of votes. Not Pelosi.

    The Democrat in the race trying to steal the election skipped the state court appeal which should absolutely disqualify her in the house (she must exaust her local/state possibilities according to the law which she didn't) but it won't matter to Pelosi.

    Then that’s a constitutional process issue the Supreme Court might look at if Pelosi gives the democrat the seat even though she did not exhaust her state remedies first.

    In at least two recounts, these votes weren't included. You assert they were "legal", and yet they weren't counted... You seem to either not understand what legal is, or you seem willing to include invalid votes so your candidate might steal an election. shocking...

    I perfectly understand what a legal vote is. The reason they weren't counted is because poll workers made mistakes. Is that really fair?

    The poll worker mistakes are only a part of the 22 votes... Here's a simple list for everybody to be on the same page (in order of the filing)

    1. Curbside (2) - 2 people voted curbside Election Day the ballot machines didn't accept. Should be counted (+ 2 Hart)
    2. Marion County Absentee (9) - 9 ballots were accepted as legal votes but not counted Election Day, for whatever reason. Should be counted (+ 2 Hart)
    3. Johnson County cured (Kurth) (1) - This is the one where the Auditor admitted worker negligence. Should be Counted (+1 Hart)
    4. Johnson County signed (Nasr) (1) - This is the guy who signed his absentee ballot envelope, but in the wrong place. I'm ambivilent if this vote should be counted. File this one under "Voters are dumb"
    5. Johnson County presealed (2) - 2 absentee envelopes were received already sealed due to moisture. They both made every effort to explain why they had to open, then insert their ballot and reseal the envelopes. Should be counted (+ 2 Hart)
    6. Johnson/Scott improperly sealed (5) - These were envelopes that were received unsealed, although all 5 rejected votes said under affidavit they sealed them. Harsh, but I could lose all of those, and yet another reason I will NEVER vote by mail if it requires an absentee ballot envelope.
    7. Absentee returned to wrong county (2) - Dropped on election day in the wrong precinct, BUT recorded as received in time AND forwarded to the correct district by the deadline for receiving ballots. More "Voters are dumb", but that's not a reason to disallow legal votes. Should be counted (+ 2 Hart)

    So even if I skip 6 votes in Items 4 and 6, that's still + 9 Hart IMHO.

    And that's without going into the over/under vote procedural problems as discussed by their expert, which sounds similar to the equal protection issues from Bush v Gore.

    Haven't seen anything come up since I posted this to indicate she doesn't have a good case here... 1 week from today we'll know if it is accepted.

    by only 6 votes, when there is valid reason to think she may have won

    if Trump only lost by 6 votes, the same would be true, Trump lost by millions of votes

    I was talking about the popular vote, but Trump also lost the electoral votes in a landslide as well

    most people would just assume one meant the popular vote when talking about Trump losing by millions, not everyone I guess...

    Looks like the house will vote on if Miller Meeks or Rita Hart will be the winner of the house seat. I read it would take place Friday. I'm assuming next Friday?

    The Democrats have a lead of 5 house seats. Miller Meeks won after 2 recounts with 6 votes and she should be certified already.

    If Nancy Pelosi and the house Democrats overturn the will of the people including me and my wife's vote for Miller Meeks I will be very unhappy.

    This is the LAST contested house race and if the Democrats cheat again the entire country will be watching.
