Mueller never said BuzzFeed's accusations were false.

    Geez!

Well it is the Trump demographics after all. Give them a break. It isn't their fault. It is the failure of the public education system in America and as every good Republican knows it isn't their fault they are ignorant. It is the fault of the teachers union.

He never said a lot of things, but he said the report was inaccurate or false.
    Geez!

President Trump's attorney Rudy Giuliani told Fox News on Monday that his team communicated with Special Counsel Robert Mueller's office about last week's BuzzFeed News article alleging that Trump ordered his former lawyer attorney Michael Cohen to lie to Congress -- and agreed a significant portion of it was false.

BuzzFeed reported that its sources had seen texts, emails and other documents confirming the allegations that Trump directed Cohen to mislead lawmakers about the timing of discussions with Russian government officials over a proposed Trump Tower project in Moscow, though BuzzFeed’s reporters never saw the evidence for themselves. Giuliani disputes that the evidence even exists.

"We commend them for standing up for the truth," Giuliani said, referring to Mueller’s team.

    Read Muellers.

The special counsel's office took the rare step Friday of publicly repudiating the BuzzFeed story, with spokesman Peter Carr saying the article's "description of specific statements to the Special Counsel’s Office, and characterization of documents and testimony obtained by this office, regarding Michael Cohen’s Congressional testimony are not accurate."

Why do you refuse to accept what the Mueller team said?

Believing Giuliani is almost as silly as believing Trump. Trump has reached over 8000 lies. Giuliani is trying but he isn't ever going to catch up.

Probably because Sandy Shanks can read! Nowhere did it say that Trump didn't subborn perjury or tell Cohen to lie.

That doesn't mean comprehending is his strong suit. Or even adequate.

Perhaps he should research what dispute means.....Then that one word by Mueller that helps define the main point of his dispute.

That would be the word characterization.

Is Trump guilty of suborning perjury?

And the answer is.....No. Let us know when there is some sort of evidence to show otherwise.

Except that what it says is " characterization of the documents and testimony recieved by this office" not characterization of the article. Nowhere does the Mueller statement deny the truth of the article. And note that Mueller isn't coming out to clarify what he means by characterization.

Probably we will have to wait for the final report to see what Mueller's quibble with the article actually entails.

And that is different from Trump's shutdown exactly how? He hasn't even spent the money allocated last year and now he is keeping the government hostage for more money he probably won't spend.

If he really cares about border security rather than a partial wall so he can pretend to have fulfilled his campaign promise he could drop the wall and get whatever he really needs almost immediatly. Guess he is not only holding the government hostage he is holding real border security hostage.

Mueller told us the BuzzFeed article had no basis in fact. Is he lying now?

No, he did not. Do you have a reading comprehension problem? I have stated a few times what Mueller said. I am not going to waste my time telling you again. You keep saying the same thing over and over again like an immature child.

    Read?

You refuse to deal with the real issues regarding the BuzzFeed article.

There may be something to that BuzzFeed article after all. Keep in mind, Mueller never said BuzzFeed's accusations were false. Mueller was solely concerned about the evidence his investigators had dug up.

“Russia, if you’re listening, I hope you’re able to find the 30,000 emails that are missing,” Trump said during the Presidential campaign.

"I think that we would have a chance to have a very good relationship with Russia and a very good chance -- a very good relationship with President Putin." "You know what? Putin's fine. He's fine. We're all fine," Trump said during the Presidential campaign.

Putin's main adversary is NATO. Trump had this to say about NATO in January 2017. “It’s obsolete, first because it was designed many, many years ago. Secondly, countries aren’t paying what they should and NATO didn’t deal with terrorism.”

During the Helsinki summit, Trump said he addressed Russia's interference in the U.S. 2016 election and that Putin was "extremely strong" in his denials. "I have President Putin, he just said it's not Russia. I will say this. I don't see any reason why it would be," Trump said. He continued: “So I have great confidence in my intelligence people, but I will tell you that President Putin was extremely strong and powerful in his denial today.”

Trump has never forcefully admitted that Russia, and Russia alone, was responsible for interfering in our Presidential election. Our intelligence agencies place the blame squarely on Moscow and for Trump's benefit.

Trump recently ordered U.S. forces out of Syria, ceding the region to Russia.

Trump wants $5.7B for a border wall. In December, the Senate passed a CR knowing Trump agreed to sign it. Trump changed his mind and shut the government down, saying he was proud to do so. “If we don’t get what we want, one way or the other, whether it’s through you, through military, through anything you want to call, I will shut down the government,” Trump said. “And I am proud. I’ll tell you what. I am proud to shut down the government for border security, Chuck.

Yes, there may be something to that BuzzFeed article. Trump appears eager to please the Russian government. He hired people like Cohen, Manafort and Gates, who had deep Russian connections, to do the dirty work.

Still another Trump fan with a severe reading problem. The post you are replying to said:

"It should be noted that Mueller did not deny the accusation that Trump asked Cohen to lie. He said, "BuzzFeed’s description of specific statements to the special counsel’s office, and characterization of documents and testimony obtained by this office, regarding Michael Cohen’s congressional testimony are not accurate."

"Some observers think Mueller is feeling deeply proprietary about his evidence and does not want premature disclosure of interviews with multiple witnesses from the Trump Organization, internal company emails, text messages, and a cache of other documents.

"That would explain why Mueller would not explain how or what BussFeed got wrong.

"In other words, Mueller was solely concerned about his evidence."

Based on their own responses it appears as though the only way Trump fans can defend Trump is through sheer ignorance.

Mueller said the following: "“BuzzFeed’s description of specific statements to the Special Counsel’s Office, and characterization of documents and testimony obtained by this office, regarding Michael Cohen’s Congressional testimony are not accurate,”

"not accurate," means not true or false.

Incorrect, according to the Washington Post.

“Mueller’s denial, according to people familiar with the matter, aims to make clear that NONE of the statements in the Buzzfeed story are accurate.”

So, is Mueller's office lying, or is your TDS kicking in again?

That is the writers' opinion. I have mine. I don't really care what "people familiar with the matter" said. I care only with what Mueller said.

He said, "BuzzFeed’s description of specific statements to the special counsel’s office, and characterization of documents and testimony obtained by this office, regarding Michael Cohen’s congressional testimony are not accurate." Mueller said nothing about the accusation that Trump told Cohen to lie.

BuzzFeed said that Trump told Cohen to lie to Congress. This makes perfect sense. What doesn't make sense is that, all on his own, Cohen decided to lie to Congress, a serious felony, to protect Trump and Trump had nothing to do with it. That's absurd.

Giuliani was asked on Sunday about the time frame of the conversations between Trump and Cohen on the proposed Trump Tower project in Moscow."What did President Trump have to say about the Trump Moscow project?" in Trump's written responses to Mueller's questions.

Giuliani said Trump "acknowledged that they had conversations about it throughout 2015, 2016."

What makes sense to you? Cohen committed a felony to protect Trump, and Trump told him nothing? Trump's lawyer is lying about the conversations between Cohen and Trump. Does that make sense to you?

    Lying is not the issue.

So you're agreeing that we shouldn't pay attention to all these partisan news organizations who use 'sources' without corroboration? That until we know facts we're simply being shrill?

    You've made tremendous strides, Sandy...

All I said was this and I was quite specific.

That is the writers' opinion. I have mine. I don't really care what "people familiar with the matter" said. I care only with what Mueller said.

Now if you want to make something else out of it, that is your prerogative, but I didn't say it.

A good way to critique me is to base your criticism on what I say, not what you wish I had said.

    That is, if you can.
