    Looks like we've got Barney Fife working the audio equipment here. Shouldn't this fool be testing both men before making a public statement about it? If Trayvon Martin's voice comes back as less than a 48% match, then this man's machine is suggesting that it was someone else entirely that was screaming for help since he's already ruled out Zimmerman.

    Like i have said the defense would have a field day with it. It would be thrown out as evidence long before there is a trial.

    No it wouldn't. Please pay attention. They do not need to prove it was Martin's voice. They only need to prove it was NOT Z's voice.

    Sure they do. You need proof. Reasonable doubt.... There is no way to know the test is valid unless they test both suspects for that voice.

    Goodness. The 48% number does not mean there is only a 52% chance it was Martin.

    All prosecution has to do is prove it was not Z screaming. Without Z screaming his claim of self defense is proven false once again.

    They havent proved its not Zimmerman screaming without proving it is Martin screaming. You can not test only one voice. Save this thread for the trial. It will get thrown out as evidence with one one persons voice being tested. Owens himself said he cant prove its Martin.....

    SPD has some explaining to do. They used the 911 tapes to say it was Z screaming. Now that we know it wasn't..........

    SPD should get slammed for not even examining evidence in their possession.

    and at this point, their expert witness is only 52% sure it wasn't him.... lol.... hardly "beyond a shadow of a doubt"


    Hell, they aren't even convinced..... how are they going to convince a jury (that isn't going to happen anyways)

    Based on the test results the voice is not that of George Zimmerman. No need to prove it was Martin's

    For someone who PREACHES about logic you sure seem to be on an intellectual diet. Once again, they proved it was not Z screaming on the recording. The diagnosis proved the person screaming was not Z and the 48% doesn't come from a comparison to Martin's voice. It comes from a comparison of Z's voice.

    I do love the irony. Z making all those 911 calls in the past provided more than enough material to prove it wasn't him screaming.
