I think the first thing you need to do is prove there are communities were corporations violate environmental rights. And if you do I would guess that the communities are ran by democrats, which would make me ask which political party does not care about the wellfair of minorities. And secondly if these place exist what the hell is the EPA doing and should we continue to fund an organization that literally not doing what the name of said organization should do.

Cities are usually crowded with buildings, stores, roads, bus and bike lanes, subways, etc. Whatever trees that were there made the ultimate sacrifice for the benefit of the cites. Liberals tend to populate big cities and environmentalists tend to be liberals.

I can't believe you are trying to debate him on this. The race card has been show. Be a good sheep and just apologize already.

Of course. These communities are growing more toxic every day and the pollution will eventually find its way from China to the US. Another example of government trying to "help".

So what you are saying is that the government have failed these people by allowing corporations to violate environmental laws?! instead of ensuring that corporations stop violating environmental laws, they are going to create another bureaucracy that will do what? Tell them that another government agency isn't doing their job by protecting them from corporations breaking environmental laws and maybe provide free hugs?

So black people are the dumbest minority in the US? Only black people have this problem and for some reason only black people don't know how to resolve it?
And for some reason its only racist against black people.

You sure don't think much of black people. Either that or you are a very easy media sell.

The less trees in an area where commercial property meets greenery is nothing unusual. How you could possibly do the mental gymnastics to that being racist made my day. The systemic racism of trees avoiding black people is very dangerous. It does not cause black people or anyone else to go nanners.

Anyway, the urban heat island effect https://www.epa.gov/heatislands
"Heat islands are urbanized areas that experience higher temperatures than outlying areas. Structures such as buildings, roads, and other infrastructure absorb and re-emit the sun’s heat more than natural landscapes such as forests and water bodies. Urban areas, where these structures are highly concentrated and greenery is limited, become “islands” of higher temperatures relative to outlying areas. Daytime temperatures in urban areas are about 1–7°F higher than temperatures in outlying areas and nighttime temperatures are about 2-5°F higher."

No lead paint remediation certification required to sell? I guess the Lead Remediation Contractors do not have lobbyists that are as good as those that work for the Termite Contractors?

Do you understand the concept not all racism looks the same and some of it can be the result of lots of government policies? You can keep lead paint in homes for low income white people if it means the same for African Americans as a whole.

    As for trees? See below:

Right so whose trees do you think got cut down and never replanted? White peoples or black peoples?

The trees that were removed due to expansion of public transportation and commercial development. Please try and explain to me how you know WHO'S trees were removed 4o years ago, and how you know which ones were owned by what race. FFS, just give it your best shot!

Just when you thought pandering to minorities was slowing down we're now hearing about racism and civil development. Any word on who's worms died during the leveling of future streets?

Albro says tree disparities in Cleveland reflect broader patterns of racial discrimination. Just as banks refused to loan money for homes in neighborhoods with increasing Black populations, the city government scrimped on money for infrastructure — including trees — in those neighborhoods. "There was an intentional decision not to plant and maintain tree canopy," Albro says.

OH, NO! Did those trees cause blacks to commit crimes, fight the cops, and commit 54% of all murders? Step back guys, Batman is on the case of tree-related racism and it's the funniest thing I've read in months. Since you're pandering so hard, maybe the water flavor was racist too.

Any other examples of prime apologetics and excuse-making for us?

The gov't did not cut down any trees on anyone's private property. The gov't did not remediate lead paint for white people and not black people. The gov't does not force any certain race to live anywhere nor does it prevent anyone from planting trees on their property.

As for the rest of you insane accusations of racism via trees, it doesn't even deserve a comment. I know you're very young, and you need to understand you know very little about the real world and how things work.

Blaming trees is when you know it's getting desperate for liberals.

And yet if you were to look at the stats there is a clear racial segregation divide. So either a) African Americans just like suffering from heat stroke or lead paint. Or b) there are government policies that support and enable racial segregation still.

Actually it's the dems that are keeping racial segregation. You are blaming the gov't for trees and lead paint. It's not their responsibility to remedy one's lead paint nor do they cut down anyone's trees.

Not really. It’s pretty hard to work with people who want segregation still. And that transcends political party. Remember the whole CRT scare? That wasn’t the Dems pushing that. And it is the governments job to. That’s like local government problems.

If someone wants a tree planted in their yard, who's responsibility is it to plant it?

You do realize that it has been liberals that are currently working to segregate colleges today.

Just one more dreamed up inane unconstitutional thing that crossed his ideological brain (or what his handlers whispered in his ear). For Biden, they are becoming a dime a dozen.

In a million years I'd never have thought anyone would try and blame insanely high black crime rates on ****** trees. I mean, there are white people right there too, but the black people took the initiative on tree-related crime until we were informed otherwise.

One of my palms started dying a few weeks after my new neighbors moved in, who happen to be black. I think that tree was definitely racist=) It hated them so much, it decided to die.
