It's really astounding that a turd like Andrew Weismann would be brought in on the Mueller team. Mueller could only do that if he knew the press was going to be compliant.

You're attempting to lamely assume the point. I don't believe that he did lie, in fact, Comey testified under oath that in the opinion of BOTH FBI agents, Flynn did not lie.

It's your fabrication. But, is it true that in spite of Miranda being settled law since the 60's that they told him that he did NOT need an attorney because he wasn't being questioned when in fact they were setting a perjury trap?

Miranda is settled law. These FBI agents are admitted liars. Comey is a leaker. McCabe was fired for lying. Strzok was fired for unethical behavior. Is the FBI even redeemable at this point, or should be disbanded and their essential operations rolled into the US Marshall's service?

There will be no technicality. The judge will follow the law, unlike Mueller, Weismann, Strzok, Page, etc... and Flynn will walk, while Mueller is castigated.

By all accounts this judge is just being pedantically thorough!

There is unlikely to be any any government misconduct or exculpatory evidence that was denied to Flynn's legal team.

Let's wait and see what his ruling is after he receives that information. My money is on him either taking the prosecutions advice or sending Flynn to jail.

 

This seems like a bit of a non-issue to me, the FBI is under no obligation to inform someone under arrest that they need a lawyer or that false statements are criminal.

Under the same reasoning you don't give miranda rights to those being voluntarily interviewed and their statements can still be used in a court of law.
