I noticed something. The 302 is dated 22 August. Strzok was fired on 13 August. He was interviewed and there was a 302 written based on his memory of the interview 9 days after he was fired. That's just strange.

 

Looks like Yates was upset that they interviewed Flynn when they did. No idea why she was upset.

Yup. After he and Horny Page were fired for misconduct. There is no probative value in a replacement 302 written 6 months after the fact by a guy so bitterly partisan than both he and his illicit squeeze were fired. The original 302's were referenced, the Judge ordered Dirty Bob to produce them, and Dirty Bob essentially told the Court to shove it.

Just who in the Hell does Dirty Bob think he is, and why is he withholding the original 302's that exonerated Flynn? (To ask the question is to answer it).

It looks like there was a memorandum written up that same day about what was discussed in the interview that Flynn signed / approved. So Flynn not only lied in person, he signed off on the lies later.

You may not need a 302 in that case.

Yea, you have to have a 302 after an interview and that is why the Judge asked for it so he could see exactly what went on in this meeting. Mueller failed to provide it. The question is, why?

The judge didn't ask for a 302 from that day. @Zorro posted the VERY SPECIFIC order. He wanted to see the memorandum and the 302 from August. Both of those were to be provided by Flynn's lawyers since they brought it up. Mueller was asked to provide any documents concerning the issues brought up on pages 7-9 By Flynn's lawyers, ie the fairness of the meeting.

The Judge asked for the original, which he never got. Mueller did not give the judge what he asked for. So yea, the judge did ask for it.

Try reading the document you posted again. If the memorandum from the day of the meeting was signed off on by Flynn, that would trump any 302 from that day.

302's are generally not used as evidence. Statement adopted by a subject generally are.
