You only need a license to fly a airplane under certain circumstances. Never mind that flying an airplane isn't a right.
Not all States require one. And, many more have been joining the constitutional carry club; I haven't read of any leaving it recently.

Yes. If the exercise of that right presents a danger to the community that may exceed the advantage you get from a gun for personal defense

If we assume that you really believe that your anti gun schemes deter criminals, we would have to believe you are completely ignorant of factual reality. stop the silliness. The number of Kids dying from gunshots is decreasing and most of those so killed are engaged in the drug trade. And no one buys that is what motivates your constant litany of anti gun drivel.
