    Here's one.

Here's a newspaper article trying to keep it neutral.

    https://chroniclingamerica.loc.gov/...lin&y=13&x=16&dateFilterType=yearRange&page=2

A lot of it, you'll have to have a subscription for

    https://www.nytimes.com/search?dropmab=true&query=Stalin &sort=oldest

Many papers like the NYpost haven't digitize their archives . . .

    Fireside chats

    https://www.presidency.ucsb.edu/documents/fireside-chat-1
    https://www.presidency.ucsb.edu/documents/fireside-chat

In any case, no mention of Holodomor, or the gulags, or most anything else.

Less concerned about property - more concerned about individual people. Hitler was just as bad as Stalin. He just burned down a different set of buildings. Hitler conquered and starved the lands of the east to provide farmland for those wonderful farmers and set up his Aryan Socialist Utopia.

Do you really think Stalin didn't praise farmers? Try not to fall for Nazi propaganda.

You are the one who has fallen for evil marxist propaganda.

First of all... there are no "Nazis"... that is an offensive term only used by Allies of marxist Stalin.

Many Russians who had escaped marxist Russia lived in Hitler's Third Reich. While Stalin was destroying Russian Orthodox churches in Russia, Hitler helped Russians in Germany build a Russian Orthodox church in Berlin. That church still exists today and ironically now belongs to Putin's Stalinist "church"!

During WW2, the anti-marxist Holy Synod of the Russian Orthodox Church in exile [which was based in Serbia at the time] supported Hitler's liberation of Russian lands. In German liberated areas the Russian people reopened/rebuilt churches. After Stalin's brutal marxist red army overran Serbia, the Holy Synod moved to the Third Reich. Then after the war they moved to New York. But now that former anti-marxist Russian Orthodox church in NY also belongs to Putin!

I have no problems disliking Putin. You seem to have problems disliking Winnie the Pooh though.

Nope, Hitler's own words convinced me that he had an evil ideology.
Starving to death = living. I guess technically that's true. If you're starving, you're not dead yet.
Taken captive = escaped. Escaped one bandage for another I guess.
There may have been a few "Russians" who fled Stalin's Russia only to find out that the grass was not greener on the other side of the fence.
Again and again with the Church buildings. Hitler was not a Christian. The churches were a stepping stone to power. Just like Trump used a Bible and churches to try to get political points.

Here are some quotes from Metropolitan Anastasy of the ROCOR, the Russian Orthodox Church in exile:

" Soon after his coming to power Hitler learned that the Russian Orthodox people in Berlin did not have a church of their own after the church built by them had been removed from the parish because they could not pay the debts they had incurred for it. This led immediately to order the release of considerable sums of money for the building of a new Orthodox church on a beautiful plot of land set aside for this in the German capital. We should note that Hitler took this step without any deliberate request on the part of the Russian Orthodox community and did not attach any conditions to his offering that might have been compensation for it. The Hierarchical Synod as well as the whole of Russia Abroad could not fail to value this magnanimous act, which came at a time when Orthodox churches and monasteries were being mercilessly closed, destroyed or used for completely unsuitable purposes (they were being turned into clubs, cinemas, atheist museums, food warehouses, etc.), and other holy things in Russia were being mocked or defiled. "

    Metropolitan Anastasy
    October 1945

" The day that it (the Russian people) has been waiting for has come, and it is now truly rising from the dead in those places where the courageous German sword has succeeded in severing its fetters… Both ancient Kiev, and much-suffering Smolensk and Pskov are radiantly celebrating their deliverance as if from the depths of hell. The liberated part of the Russian people everywhere has already begun to chant: `Christ is risen!'"

Quote from Metropolitan Anastasy's 1942 paschal epistle

Other little known information about the German offensive into Russia:

" The Germans invaded Russia on June 22, the feast of all Saints of Russia. They were in general greeted with ecstatic joy. Thus Solzhenitsyn writes: "Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia gave the Germans a jubilant welcome. Belorussia, the Western Ukraine, and the first occupied Russian territories followed suit. But the mood of the people was demonstrated most graphically of all by the Red Army: before the eyes of the whole world it retreated along a 2,000-kilometre front, on foot, but every bit as fast as motorized units. Nothing could possibly be more convincing than the way these men, soldiers in their prime, voted with their feet. Numerical superiority was entirely with the Red Army, they had excellent artillery and a strong tank force, yet back they rolled, a rout without compare, unprecedented in the annals of Russian and world history. In the first few months some three million officers and men had fallen into enemy hands! "

" That is what the popular mood was like – the mood of peoples some of whom had lived through twenty-four years of communism and others but a single year. For them the whole point of this latest war was to cast off the scourge of communism. Naturally enough, each people was primarily bent not on resolving any European problem but on its own national task – liberation from communism…"

" In the years of the war," writes Anatoly Krasikov, "with the agreement of the German occupying authorities, 7547 Orthodox churches were opened (as against 1270 opened in 1944-1947 with the permission of the Council for the Affairs of the Russian Orthodox Church)." Even in fully Sovietized regions such as Pskov and the Eastern Ukraine, 95% of the population, according to German reports, flooded into the newly-opened churches. "

" It was natural for the ROCOR to welcome the resurrection of Orthodoxy in German-occupied Russia. It had nothing to do with any political sympathies for the Nazis. Thus "in September, 1941 Vladyka Metropolitan gave his blessing to the Russian patriots who hoped that hour of the liberation of the Russian people from the bloody oppression of Bolshevism to form a Russian Corps. "

Putin has people like Trump for lunch. Trump was kissing up to him and North Korea guy solely because he thought he could come back here and try some of that dictator nonsense on us. If he had even an ounce of common sense, he had to know that wasn't going to fly. The whole reason this country was colonized was to get away from the "one big name rules all" ideas. He begged the Queen to let him ride in her carriage. She said "no". <----Ha ha.

Disclaimer: I have not Googled where or when or if Orange Jesus ever passed an 8th grade Constitution test but I'm going bet on the horse that says "no". He would have to dumber than I already think he is to even attempt that craziness here.

I had hoped that Putin was part of Russia's underground church that survived the evil antichrist marxists... and he would rise up to set the record straight... that Stalin was the evil antichrist villain who destroyed churches and mass-murdered Christians... and Hitler was the Christian hero who was liberating Russian Christians from the evil antichrist marxist abominations.

But for the past 21 years Putin has repeatedly demonized Hitler and glorified antichrists, marxists and evil mass-murdering villain Stalin... and the rest of the planet loves to hear those EVIL MARXIST BIG LIES !!

    Here's the whole thing:

    http://www.orthodoxchristianbooks.com/articles/988/rocor-nazis/
What? Nothing about the starvation of those territories conquered or the stuff plundered? Nothing about how 3 million soldiers were starved?

    Yep, you're presenting propaganda.
http://www.romanitas.ru/eng/METROPOLITAN ANASTASY, THE NAZIS AND THE SOVIETS.htm
Quoted completely out of context and once again, I'm the one having to show where it comes from.

    Hitler hated Jesus.

What's the obsession with propagating a lie?

That's TWICE you have committed that EVIL FALSE WITNESS in a reply to me.

Which is ironic, considering who I am.

Hmm.. so you said this into a mirror, and then it magically appeared on the screen. Got it. The unfortunate facts are that democrats, on a regular basis manufacture lies, tell them a lot, and suddenly folks like you think they are facts. It's actually sad.

The Guardian is typical in that it serves up propaganda for Deep State interests fairly often.

I prefer Off Guardian quite a bit more. It's prone to truthful and politically incorrect stories.

Its not about Democrats (who have taken residence in your head). The claim (be it true or not) came from Russia and was delivered to a British paper.

While is could me disinformation, you should ask why Russia would NOT want to support a candidate who is guaranteed to bring chaos and instability to US (which is exactly what happened)?

Well, to be fair, the claim originated in liberal media since they actual evidence wasn't available, and this is yet another example of liberal media spinning a tale that cannot be validated, as noted. And the only reference to authority then from other MSM outlets who frankly don't have any corroborating evidence. So, the claim cannot be validated, and yet, here you are determined to advance said spinmeal for our consumption.

So, no, I should not ask anything of the sorts. If you have some evidence that can be corroborated, advance it. If not, you're simply as bad as the spinmeisters attempting to smear someone without proof.

That is neither a defense of, or an attack on the Russians. We expect that they have a national agenda. If you can actually prove that they did something try. And since you cannot, you'd deflect by asking what we are suspicious of.

I could just as easily now suggest that given the amount of funding and money transferred to the Biden family, that obviously the Russians colluded to get him elected. Lots of actual evidence, including the bank transfers. And yet, you'll deny that evidence because it allows you to continue to attack a president no longer in office, and by proxy all of the folks who proved that your previous little narrative lie was just that. Why do you suppose that it is still so important to attack someone who is no longer in office?

You're exactly correct! So, you should support a full inquiry on Biden and the DNC's collusion with Russia.

Are all British media "liberal" or only those outlets which report things about your messiah (trump) that you don't like?

I'm advancing it by saying it could me misinformation?

The mind of a Trump apologist is a mysterious place.

Huh? It doesn't have anything to do with anyone colluding with anyone. Russia can support a candidate without any involvement or even knowledge from the candidate himself.
