Trump never met Putin, and yet every accusation was put in Trump's way so he couldn't better relations with Russia. Yet Biden knew Vladimir Putin, but there were no accusations or obstacles in his way when it came to meeting with Putin. Why?

The problem here is not Trump, nor is it Putin, the problem here is that one president was not allowed to conduct government policy even though he was elected by the people, while the other president whose election is questionable, is allowed to do so.
