I think the answer to your question has something to do with the crafting of political weapons from human misery.

Thank you for such deft analysis.

You've only made statements using jargon trying to hide the truth. Nice try but FAIL.

    TP44?
    TP55?
    TP01?
    TP07?
    TP37?

How many days does a caseworker have to finish a SNAP case from the date the application is received? How about Medicaid? TANF?

What is a F1010? How about a F1020? F1155? F1028? (the most used of their kind)

Average certification period for SNAP? Medicaid? TANF?

I await your demonstration of your vast knowledge with great anticipation...

You haven't provided a shred of data, only attempting to obfuscate. Meaningless drivel.

Why I got it from the New York Times .
    Times.
In all inner-city neighborhoods, however, there is a problem minority that varies between about 12.1 percent (in San Diego, for example) and 28 percent (in Phoenix) that comes largely from the disconnected youth between ages 16 and 24. Most are not in school and are chronically out of work, though their numbers are supplemented by working- and middle-class dropouts. With few skills and a contempt for low-wage jobs, they subsist through the underground economy of illicit trading and crime. Many belong to gangs.

I think the point included the assumption that participation in productive labor that contributes to both society and personal independence is one of the most basic requirements to legitimizing one's own existence.

    Just a guess.

I worked for DHS (CPS) in Texas, too. We did a lot of referring people to your side of the department. I only made it for a year. How did you last for 10????

Yeah, I noticed that being a screw up and wanting somebody else to fix it is definitely not a race thing.

    What is a:

    TP45? -- Medicaid for newborns
    TP48? -- Medicaid 1-6 yrs

TP37? -- Emergency Medicaid - typically to reimburse hospitals for LDR on undocumented mothers
    TP09? -- Standalone SNAP case
TP06? -- SNAP case with attached TANF or Medicaid

How many days does a caseworker have to finish a SNAP case from the date the application is received? How about Medicaid? TANF? 30 days for SNAP, 45 for Medicaid and TANF

What is a F1010? Application for assistance How about a F1020? Request for further info F1155? Domicile verification form F1028? Employment verification form (the most used of their kind)

Average certification period for SNAP? Medicaid? TANF? SNAP - 3 or 6 months. 3 if standalone, 6 if attached Medicaid or TANF. 6 months for Medicaid and TANF

Feel free to ask for clarification if you are unable to understand any of this...

That is true. Idle hands are the, ahem, this is the quote, devils work.
Meaning, people who have nothing to do, will find something to do, and usually it's not an act of kindness.
Especially if there is a large group.

Smith County for 10 years, Gregg County PRS (conservatorship unit) for 3 years after that. I quit when one of "my" kids died in a foster home after I had objected to using it, and was ordered to by my sup. Made the (*)(*)(*)(*)(*) put it in writing, though, along with my objections, so her ass wound up canned. Couldn't bear to go back into that hellhole afterwards, though. Funny thing, most of "my" kids were white, and taken from inbred meth-addicted rednecks.

True. Mostly because racism still exists. It never went away.
    http://www.npr.org/sections/codeswi...e-americans-are-worlds-apart-on-views-of-race

As the Obama presidency draws to a close, white and black Americans are deeply divided on views of race relations in the United States, according to a new survey from the Pew Research Center.

The report, titled On Views of Race and Inequality, Blacks and Whites are Worlds Apart, found that just 8 percent of black Americans say the changes needed to achieve racial equality for blacks in the U.S. have already been made, while nearly 40 percent of white Americans say the same thing.

It is not at all meaningless or drivel.

The obvious point is that you do not know what you are talking about, and that Phyxius does due to a wealth of experience dealing with these people through the social services provided by the state of Texas.

Not sure what your point is. What crime are you saying the guys in your picture committed? I'm pretty sure the ones I posted actually broke the law. What crimes did yours do? Please provide links. Because I'd hate to think you were trying to threadjack or something.

    Oh wait - you are.

Very true. people with too much time on their hands do stupid harmful stuff. Idle hands. what weak minded stupid people do in groups. ect ect...
Part of rehabilitation should always be giving back to whatever group of people you hurt.

Nope, simply pointing out that no one has defended the twatwaffles in the OP, and your poutrage seems to have a rather monochromatic focus, given the ******* in the second picture was just convicted of 9 counts of capital murder... [IMG]

I was in Collin County, so my clients included every race and income level. Dealing with the poor, uneducated addicts was always hard, but it was better than the middle-class divorce-mongers using CPS to attack each other during custody fights that were really about child support, not the children.

I also had to deal with some very questionable foster placements and safety plans, as well as investigate some awful daycares. The worst part was that I always knew that everyone I talked to was lying about something, but that never got me to the truth. It was never kosher to include gut feelings in an investigation report, so there were times I had to let things ride that I knew just were not right but could not prove. Documenting everything was the best I could do, and I knew if I stayed long enough I would have an experience similar to yours.

Far too many people have kids, but are not equipped emotionally or mentally to be parents, and there is no way for the government to fix that, just like there is no fixing these fu#kt@rds in Chicago . That one-year experience is at the core of why I think it is so foolish for people to depend on the government to fix social problems.

Sure you are. You're defending them by attempting to divert the thread onto a bunch of people who have nothing to do with the OP. Somewhat passive-aggressive in it's approach, but predictable. In any event, the story I linked to had the pics of the perps, and (so far as I knew) they hadn't been seen yet. I actually posted them more because of the last perp with the smarmy facial expression on his pic. The pictures you linked? They have nothing to do with the OP.

No link? No matter. And hey, I'd send him to the chair fast as I could. Anyway, keep on threadjacking. Hey, maybe you could start posting about golf next? :roflol:

Groups of people are not damaged, but rather individuals. Likewise groups do not damage people, but rather individuals decide to do destructive things.

The concept that there is any kind of justice other than individual justice is a gross error, as is the belief that there is any kind of responsibility other than individual responsibility. These torturers made individual decisions in the private space between their ears, and they each decided independently to be horrible.

Absolutely they each need to work their asses off to try to make it up to the poor guy they abused. I am trying to figure out how many lifetimes it would take to fix that kind of damage, and what sort of punishment would be sane.

Whether or not that poor guy had mental problems going into the situation, he was guaranteed to be screwed up coming out. At the very least, I cannot imagine he will ever be able to relax and trust anyone ever again. What do you think that is worth?

How do you think anyone could ever pay to fix that? What could these worthless turds possibly do to give back enough?

I'm guilty as charged. I know I'm feeding the beast but I can't help myself :roflol:

I am more concerned with liberals actually comparing Trump to Hitler, and last time I checked, Trump hasn't murdered 6 million Jews. Trump is not a king, and we have 3 branches of government for a reason. The message from the media talking heads who hate Trump fuel this fear and hatred, and after listening to what people on the left are saying, it could very well have a terrible outcome, as seen in the violence after he won. As much as I dislike Obama after these 8 years, after he was elected, I really wanted him to succeed, and hope race relations would improve, but it has gotten way worse

I think it's hilarious how everyone and his brother is trying to make excuses for the Florida airport murderer and yet they go bonkers over a relatively minor incident in Chicago. There's a major lack of perspective.

You do know that providing a litany of definitions in no way proves your point and in fact is nothing more than a rather unsophisticated attempt at deflection. Because I can compute the angle of fall of an 1800 lb projectile with a muzzle velocity of 2700 fps and a BC of 15 does not make me Adelbert Schneider.

i believe in rehabilitation over punishment, and the 3 others should have short sentences with rehabilitation.

the guy who scalped or cut the guys head where you see his skull, he probably might have to have a life sentence.
