A few years ago a couple miles away 6 derelicts kidnapped, tortured, and killed a mentally handicapped girl. It was one of the sickest things I've ever read about. All 6 should have gotten the death penalty.

Of course its the individual damaged. I just meant if a person was targeted for being a part of a specific group, it could maybe change the scums messed up thought process. Most likely perps like that have miserable lives already...and maybe it could benefit all.

No, I don't. But it must. If it doesn't, then America will be torn between its law-abiding communities and its lawless dissenters. Those dissenters whom will attack our way of life and are domestic disturbances at a time where we deal with foreign adversaries abroad. The rapid criminality of the inner cities has led to the near collapse. And now, we must deal with it even as excuses have been made.

No more excuses, only demand excellence of even the lowest among us.

 

Those inner city folks need something, besides crime, to excel at.
How do we get them to be productive to society?

 

The first thing we do is turn around law enforcement and the progressive persecution of them for just doing their jobs in enforcing the law and keeping us safe. There has to be a MASSIVE increase of police presence and police action to bring the crime back under control. NOTHING is going to happen to turn this situation around until the crime is brought under control. Local progressive governments and the Obama administration have done everything they could do to castrate the police in this country to the point we are faced with situations like this:

Baltimore City’s Police Union is sounding the alarm because they say the department is in crisis due to the fact that it has too few officers.

According to a new report, there are more than 100 fewer Baltimore City PD officers than last year, with the union saying this poses a safety concern as officers are being overworked.

The police union president calls the situation “dire.”

“You get in a crisis mode like we’re in right now with crime out of control and not enough uniformed officers on the street,” said Lt. Gene Ryan, president of the Baltimore City Fraternal Order of Police. “I would say it’s at a crisis point.”

A massive jobs creation program, and lots of it. I admit that Hillary's plan for job training would have been a start in the right direction. And I have a much more elaborate plan to do so for the American People. We must work our way out of this poverty and finally conquer it.

That's not going to do you any good until you get the crime under control. Businesses aren't going to build there, investors aren't going to invest there.

Do you disagree that the crime in these areas is out of control and nothing can be done to improve the lives of the law abiding citizens and businesses and investors will not build and invest there until the crime is brought under control?
