I am going to complain about the context, leaving out what he said before the quote in question (about Berlusconi) is lame, because in that context it proves their intent to remove Trump beyond what you quoted.

It's not "and he compared," it's before the offending quote you did not after, so this site too failed to show proper mindset:

“And he compared Trump to former Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi, saying that Trump was also a ‘demagogue’ and ‘amoral.’”

"one of which"?? I'd be stunned if he could maintain a 1 in 3 truth ratio

The same with the persecution of Scooter Libby. The persecutor - Fitzgerald - knew on day 1 that no crime had been committed when he axed Bob Novak the name of the leaker, yet Fitz continued the "investigation." Libby mis-remembered a phone conversation from years before upon which a reporter had taken notes. Libby was persecuted even tho persecution witnesses had contradicted each other, and the phone conversation was not germane to any crime having been committed.

Uh oh, Weissmann is pulling the same lame appeal to ego tactic that many posters on this forum mimic. Never saw that before

Perhaps I "I cant remember" is the answer you were seeking from Trump too.

And you totally do everything you can to avoid the point. Why is that? Afraid to admit the truth?

"Here's an easy example... If Trump were asked 'did you personally withhold the aid to Ukraine' and he said 'No', that would be a lie and considered perjury."

Except that Trump didn't "personally" withhold the aid.

“Talk about why his policies are wrong” (Weissmann, in context of the video)

    Seven Days in May (1964)
    https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0058576/

The context of the traitor General James Mattoon Scott Weissmann’s reasoning with bringing up Berlusconi and POLICY is 100% clear.

When we do not have an actual crime let us just impeach for policy.

It's that thinking that would guarantee a perjury charge..

    Go with that, I say...

Trump could have just plead the fifth like all of the Obama officials did.

Then where does that leave us?

No, 2 of the 4 are still under review while 2 were determined to be illegal. Durham has a criminal investigation open on the abuse.

That is why Sanders is so popular with Democrats.

Under review? It's pretty cut and dried. If two weren't valid, why would it take longer to assess the other two?

The original is valid. It's the renewals where the issues are.

It is only a matter of time before the first 2 are declared invalid as well. The reason they have not is because Durham is investigating this entire mess and has declared it criminal.

The letter released Thursday by the court said the Justice Department, while not invalidating the first two warrants, is working to quarantine information collected under all four warrants targeting Page.
The Justice Department is said to have not taken a position on the validity of the other two surveillance authorizations on Page, according to the filing.

In other words, they are still under investigation.

I believe when the IG report came out both Barr and Durham took the unusual steps of disagreeing with the notion that the Russia hoax beginning was adequately predicated. I assume Durham is conducting a criminal investigation because he uncovered criminal acts. Transparency is good, right?

It's moot... somehow, Trump has managed to avoid swearing or avowing to tell the truth legally for his entire life... no reason to think that will be changing anytime soon.

But it would be serious fun to watch.... imagine the drinking games possible if it were public....

Drinking a shot on each lie would be fatal... need to be some other rules...
