My President Barack Obama Deserves Respect.

I have absolute respect for the Office. But the one holding that Office needs to respect his position and the American People by respecting the U.S. Constitution. Then, and only then, will he gain and deserve the respect of the American People.

He does not honor or respect the Constitution. He and others with him have been hell bent on its destruction.

When we were under President George Bush, I was a huge vocal critic of his policies and antics. I protested against him, and signed petitions to impeach him.
Then we got Obama.
And I knew we were doomed. His constant extension of Bush policy has lead me to criticize him too. Citizens should have the right to criticize there leader, or else we will be living in a authoritarian society where even mentioning the president in vein is a crime.......

While I can appreciate your sentiment, we are simply returning the what the left did for Bush. They were asked to show the same respect for Bush you are asking for Obama right now, they refused, so here we are. They created and set up the playing field and now don't like the game they created when it's turned back on them. While that's a bummer, it the way they wanted it or the bullies wouldn't have started it in the first place. Bullies only know one thing including philosophical ones. Unfortunately like the video of the skinny kid picking on the fat kid, when the fat kid was pushed too far, he body slammed the bully. The liberal bullies bashed Bush from 2001 clear to 2008, exactly what did they think was going to happen if their guy won?
