No clue on sex strike probably not long because it's not very realistic. Again not a fan of abstinence.

Again from what I can find 86% were in married if you can find different information and post it perfect. I post my sources when I am having a discussion. Also please done just say it is discredited without any proof just because they disagree with your viewpoint. Hopefully you can find new stats if not then that's the best we got.

Guttmacher is generally viewed by both sides as being accurate and even the so called “pro-life” sites cite their statistics. I will also accept peer reviewed articles

Same stats I ran across. Only stat I dont see is relationship status or marriage.

Also not "so-called" pro-lifers. We are pro-lifers and there are crazies on both sides.

I say the women and doctors should tell Ohio to drop dead and continue to have abortions if they want to have one. Think about it, does Ohio have the space for thousands of women, children and doctors in their prisons? Does Ohio have any idea what the costs would be to try, convict and incarcerate thousands more people because of some ridiculous abortion law cooked up by some conservative-evangelical nutjobs?

Time for American women to wake up and take a stand.

Very bad decision to promote illegal activities. Better to fight properly first.

There is NO common ground when it comes to those OPPOSED to women's reproductive rights.

Pro-Choice has ALWAYS had the common ground that every women can make up her own mind as to whether or not she wants to have a child.

How many "parties" are "involved" in a miscarriage?

Condoms and birth control are not 100% reliable.

Long Acting Reversible Contraceptives (LARCs) are the MOST effective form of birth control and PROVEN to reduce unwanted pregnancies by 40% in the highest at risk group. Unfortunately they are also the most EXPENSIVE.

With your logic there should be no common ground to gun control. There is only no common ground with people like you who believe so strongly they are blind to see any other view point

2 parties are involved in a miscarriage.

Also it's not just womans baby inside. 2 people agreed to the terms and conditions. Male and female.

Attempted DEFLECTION ignored for obvious reasons.

Which two people "agreed to the terms and conditions" of a miscarriage?

    Larc cost-
    https://www.google.com/search?safe=...j14j1......0....1.........0i22i30.Ig6XDr2wIds

    Abortion cost-
    https://www.google.com/search?q=abo...droid-verizon&sourceid=chrome-mobile&ie=UTF-8

They are basically the same cost so we now know cost is not a driving factor.

Perhaps education, family resistance, or any numerous other possibilities is the cause but not cost.

I have had two girlfriends with larc and both were free to them. One because of health insurance and one because of a government program. Friends (not girlfriends) cost of abortion was close to 600 dollars.

Again the "EXPENSE" isnt the problem.

2 are involved in a miscarriage.

2 people agreed to the terms and condition to pregnancy with sex.

It's only a deflection because you disagree. If there were more open minds these arguements could turn into debates amd eventually into discussions.

Meaningless data dumps ignored for obvious reasons.

The COST of LARC's to those in poverty is PROHIBITIVE!

Abortions are subsidized by DONATIONS like mine to PP.

If you want to reduce abortions then make LARC's freely available to those who are impoverished.

Agreeing to have sex is NOT agreeing to being pregnant and raising a child!

Yes obvious reasons. See below for detail.
Meaningless data dumps is the equivalent to your data doesnt concure with my opinions so it's irrelevant! (Insert random capitalized words).

Agreeing to have sex is agreeing to the possibilities of having a child like driving a car is agreeing to the possibility of a wreck. Drive will texting much higher likelyhood of wrecking same as contraceptivless sex. The number 1 way of becoming pregnant is sex....

Back to cost of abortion 53 percent of abortions were paid for out of pocket. If you can afford an abortion you can afford larc let alone condoms.

Of course it won't pass judicial review, now. Why should such asinine bills have to go before judicial review? It's a huge waste of time and money but these lawmakers get to score points with their base and that's all that matters to them.

Will it survive the general debate? Probably, they've passed laws that have banned abortions before the woman would even know she was pregnant. It also has one 5th of the legislature already signed on as cosponsors.

I'm generally pro-life but this bill goes a little over the line and starts to get outrageous.

And I don't see why anyone would even submit such a proposal, in light of the fact that women can already abort even when its not an ectopic pregnancy.

If a fetus is still small enough that it can be reimplanted after being removed, it's probably well within the early acceptable limits of when a woman should be able to abort.

Less stringent bills have been proposed in more conservative states than Ohio and never went anywhere. This bill certainly won't. Pretty sure there's nothing to worry about.

Proposed, passed and signed into law by the governor this year and blocked by the courts days prior to implementation. It's a waste of the court's time and taxpayer's money and morally bereft.

You don't get to DICTATE "terms and conditions" onto other people!

I'm NOT dictating it "god" "science" or whatever you believe in dictates. Laws of nature in general sex was THE only means of reproduction for ONLY the first few billion YEARS and is still the most productive means. Having SEX is agreeing to the possibility OF having a CHILD

I detest abortion threads, as they never resolve anything. Entrenched view -v- Entrenched view.

Having spat that dummy....I want someone to dumb down for me what Ohio is actually proposing.

My take on it ohio is proposing prison sentences for mothers and doctors that give and receive abortions from the egg entering the fallopian tube onward.

    Cliff nots version
